Cons:

Я забронировал улучшенную комнату 15 кв.м., но комната оказалась ~11 кв.м. (я измерил площадь номера лазерной указкой). Отель использует ложный маркетинговый ход, умышленно, ложно завышает площадь номера на 35 % больше. Номера намного меньше чем указано в объявлении ! Международная сеть отелей Best Western обманывает гостей !

Scam Hotel

Clean. Good location. You can open the window a few centimeters for fresh air.

Cons:

The hotel is deceiving its guests. The rooms are much smaller than advertised. My 15 square meter room was actually about 11 square meters. Due to the deception, I had to complain to Booking.com and demand a partial refund, but the hotel refused. Ultimately, Booking.com personally refunded 2,500 yen for each night. Best Western Akasaka has deceived thousands of guests, charging for a spacious room while actually providing very small space. This hotel is using fraudulent methods to attract customers!

Not value for money.
Pros:

Location was fantastic, connected to major hubs like Ginza and Shibuya.

Cons:

It was way too small for the price that I paid. I was basically overcharged for the stay. When I checked the prices I paid versus the prices for the remaining units available during my stay, I realised I paid almost double.

Pros:

El hotel estaba muy bien ubicado, en un barrio con ambiente a todas horas sin llegar a ser estresante. Además está muy bien comunicado con acceso a varias líneas de metro que conectaban toda la ciudad. La habitación estaba muy limpia.

Comfortable, clean and in a good location!
Pros:

Good location in Akasaka, nice free facilities including water tap in room and free skincare. Rooms are small but clean and good shower shower pressure

Cons:

In typical Japan style, the rooms are quite cramp. But you can get used to it quickly!

L’hôtel est très bien situé.
Il se trouve au milieu de plusieurs quartiers emblématiques de Tokyo à découvrir
Dans la rue de l’hôtel, vous retrouverez Seven Eleven, Konbini et restaurant.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé l’hôtel pour 11 nuits.
Une fois arrivés on nous donne seulement 4 dates de passage du nettoyage de notre chambre.
4 passages de la femme de ménage sur 11 nuits ce n’est pas terrible pour un hôtel 3 étoiles.

Lage Top, gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Die Lage war Top, ca. 3 Minuten von der nächsten U-Bahnstation. Außerdem befanden sich die verschiedensten Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber (abgesehen von dem Klimaanlagen-Filter). Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und man bekommt bei Bedarf jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Im 12.STock war es sehr ruhig und man hat von dem Treiben auf den Straßen nichts mitbekommen.

Cons:

Es gab nur einen recht kleinen Fahrstuhl auf den man teilweise sehr lange warten muss. Die Abdeckung des Klimaanlagenfilters war recht verstaubt und es wurde auf dem Bediendisplay auch Reinigung angezeigt, dies geschah während dem Aufenthalt allerdings nicht. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer sehr klein und man hat kaum Stauraum. Klar es gibt wenig Platz dennoch könnten man mit dem ein oder anderen Regal, an dafür geeigneten Stellen, Abhilfe schaffen.

Everything was great -- beds were comfortable, room was very quiet and clean. We got upgraded to a slightly bigger room, which was still pretty smal, but that's normal for Tokyo.
