Empfehlenswertes Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Von der nahe gelegenen Metro Station kann man ganz Tokio schnell und einfach erreichen. Auch zu Fuß ist es meist nicht weit zu den klassischen Sehenswürdigkeiten / Orten etc. Family Mart und Don Quijote sind 1 Minute vom Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer gut ausgestattet und sauber. Man kann sich kostenloses Wasser holen.

Cons:

Eines Morgens war es etwas lauter, wegen einer Baustelle in der Nähe, aber war wie gesagt nur eine Nacht und man konnte trotzdem schlafen (notfalls mit Ohrenstöpsel). Die Zimmer sind extrem klein. Das ist normal in Asien, aber wenn man mit großen Koffern reist, dann ist es eigentlich nicht möglich, diese im Zimmer zu öffnen. Wir hatten nur kleine Handgepäckskoffer, weshalb das für uns in Ordnung war.

Staff were great, good location, cleanliness was good. Comfy bed

Cons:

Single lift for the hotel was not sufficient, breakfast had a small choice, but was tasty and no room cleaning was done, or even makeup in our stay

Very convenient.
Pros:

The location was amazing! Well located and convenient which multiple metro lines close by. Surrounded by lots of great places to eat and drink, even late at night.

Cons:

The rooms could be a bit bigger. As international traveller with baggage, it was difficult to move around the room.
