В моём номере не было чайника, его не хватало немного
Pros:

Я на 3 суток заехала просто выспаться и отдохнуть. Вкусные завтраки входят в стоимость и можно заказать в номер 👍🏻

Cons:

Шёл ремонт в соседнем номере , было шумно, но на мою просьбу остановится - было выполнено. Я это оценила, спасибо 👍🏻

Был по работе, ночью было холодно, дали дополнительно обогреватель. самое плохое что не работал интернет (wi - fi). Чтобы получить горячую воду нужно воду (теплую) оставить включенным на 10-15 минут, не удобно чуть - чуть, нет чайника в номере.

Pros:

Очень вежливый персонал. Отличный комплексный завтрак. Хоть отель не новый, но зато уютный. Один из лучших отелей на правом берегу города Астана в районе старого железнодорожного вокзала.

Cons:

Письменный стол только не соответствовал, что указан на фото. Желательно побольше поставить, чем в данный момент который имеется.
