Serious security breach — another guest entered my room with a master key

Останавливался в Lion Hotel (Астана). Это был худший опыт проживания в отеле из-за грубого нарушения безопасности.

Ночью посторонний человек открыл дверь моего номера ключ-картой и зашёл внутрь. Как позже выяснилось, сотрудник отеля выдал ему мастер-карту, с которой можно открыть любой номер.

После инцидента персонал не предпринял адекватных действий. Сначала отрицали проблему, потом заявили, что «такое бывает». Руководство отказалось выходить на связь, в возврате денег также отказали. Пришлось вызывать полицию и писать заявление.

Это серьёзный провал системы безопасности. В любой момент в ваш номер может зайти посторонний человек.

Не рекомендую этот отель, если вам важна безопасность.
