I don't recommend this place. The price is cheap for a reason. When we arrive, the room has this sewer-like smell that's coming from the bathroom. The floor has this slippery damp texture - like lotion smeared on the floor. We had to ask the staff to clean the rest room and the floor. The AC took forever to cool the room. Wi-Fi is unstable, no decent cable channels. The water kettle heater is a hazard because it doesn't have an auto shut-off, the table lamp is not working. The bath is rusty/moldy, and the water doesn't have heat. There's a power outage and they only care to inform their customers that they do not have backup power on the day of - so if you have a medical condition, good luck to you. Make sure to bring food because this place will starve you. They have a non-functional restaurant because there's NO COOK AVAILABLE. Also, this hotel is located rigth in the flight path so be prepared to the noise of passing airplanes. Unless you're looking for a place to rendezvous with your AFAM, I do not recommend this place.
Everybody said the sink and water pressure, PLEASE FIX.
And there was a roach and a lot of ant, some died fly bugs and anonymous hole were in the bed so that I think here is not clean more.
And it's ok for airplane sound but there was more noisy and speaking loud from next doors that I think their wall is paper or something :)
Very nice stay! The pool was very clean & very large! Our room was nice, clean, and had a very good view! The staff were so friendly! The only issue we had was the shower leaking onto the floor a bit!
The pool leading directly up to the room was by far the best feature. Staff was friendly and helpful. Place is Chinese owned and geared to Chinese guests so the cuisine is somewhat limited. AC struggled to work a bit but worked for the most part. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would come back as the price was reasonable.
Worst experience ever in Panglao! We moved 4 times to 4 different rooms on the first night at almost 11pm due to shower handle broken, no hot water, AC pipes leaking in the room, ants everywhere (ant path from ground to inside the AC).
On the first night, the reception even suggested us to sleep in one room and shower with hot water in the other room when they still had vacant rooms. This caused so much inconvenience to us! I wouldn’t believe they suggested this to be a solution.
Second day, as soon as we finished our tour during the day, when we came back, they told us one of the rooms is fixed and had staff following us, seemed rushing us to swap the room.
Third day, there was a thunderstorm at night. When we went back to resort after dinner, it was dark everywhere. They didn’t advise us power was out, or what’s going on until we asked the reception. They told us there’s no backup power and we could only wait. I can’t believe the resort would have no emergency power and let the residents to wait at 10pm outside the room. We went to a restaurant earlier on the day, even the restaurant had back-up emergency power. It was the last night we stayed there and we had to pack in the dark.
Experience is pretty horrible (pool with LED got lots of insects inside, not sure if it’s cleaned, water is circulating but the big pool is fine, good for a swim). Overall would not recommend staying in the resort.
The hotel is just few mins from the main road and the beach. The room is squeaky clean, service is good and the receptionists were very responsive. They were very considerate with my requests. Also, there’s a lap pool—best for divers! It’s actually my second time staying here.
We were there 5 days no hot water I raised it twice with reception then gave up, ants in the room and stray cats crapping in the resort. Staff were excellent food over priced as we compared it with Alona Beach. I could not orfer french fries or any seafood as NO STOCK day after day.
The pool was clean, the food was good, AIRCRAFT noise frequently, we are stopping at Alona Beach next time as its 150 passo every time you want to travel to get food or withdraw money. The rate was very good but too far away from essentials.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures. It is a facade to make you like it. They like your money but it is the nastiest, dirtiest place. My husband killed a spider hanging in the room. They don’t let you refund the money. They get out of it. After one night because we came late that day. The next day early am we packed our things and headed for a different resort but they will not give your refund after a bad experience in their rooms. People yelling everywhere. You can’t sleep and relax good. Again, don’t be fooled by the pictures. Stay out of this hotel. You will do yourselves favor!

There are many places that offers more value for money. Not really clean, gives a worn down impression and only chinese writing on tv.
The staff in the reception was nice and smiling.
This resort provided inaccurate information regarding their internet connectivity, which was a crucial factor for us as we all work remotely. We chose this resort based on their assurance of strong internet in all rooms. Our attempts to address this issue with the General Manager, Juliana Fu, were unsuccessful as she was often unavailable due to her diving activities. The assistant manager was also instructed not to assist us any further.
Frustrated by the lack of cooperation, we were compelled to report this matter to the nearest police station and barangay authorities. Furthermore, there was an attempt to charge us for relocating to a different room, which we had not agreed to. Fortunately, I reached out to Expedia's manager, who provided us with assistance and support.

Theresa and Judy both were friendly and always wear a smile. Both were helpful in answering all our queries. Excellent customer service to Theresa and Judy.
Things to improve in the hotel:
1. No internal phone to contact the customer service.
2. The knob for the shower needs to be replaced. It pops out when you turn.
3. No ice. I need to buy ice from the sari-sari store.
4. Only one key card given. So one of our family member needs to wake up to open our door when we went back in.
Very nice stay, and all are accommodating.
Everything went smooth. Place was very cozy.

Food was also good, and people were also fun to talk to. People always made sure we’re all good during our stay
I reserved my room because the first photos of the site are very beautiful but in reality the room I reserved is in photo number 69, 70 and 71 where no one will ever see. when I arrived I asked for the quietest room in the hotel but at 8 p.m. the neighboring establishment started playing music with a big sound system. in fact it is a great deception of the presentation in photos and lies of the staff.
Goodness me with the noise disturbance in early mornings and nights. Electronic device buzzing and pierching in ears noise disturbance, one of the male attendant heard the noise as well when setting up my TV as well but declined my request for change of room. And on first night there was loud pounding music right above. Absolutely noise disturbance and bad customer service after knowing there are problems and refused room change.
Won't give a second chance or thought about this place again!

The first thing you are made to feel very unwelcome. Presented with a list of costs for anything you do wrong . This is before a hi or hello, the staff are super unfriendly and you are made to feel like your infringing on them having a chat or interrupting their phone time. If you ask to speak to a supervisor or manager no one is available. It’s hard to get your room made up and when you ask your made know your a inconvenience , oh and don’t make the mistake of asking for laundry to be done as you will be berated even though this is a service they supposedly offer . I must say this is the worst hotel I have stayed at in the Philippines and would strongly advise anyone from booking here . Also neighbouring the hotel is some kind of karaoke bar who love belting out the hits till at least 3 am and the bass from this vibrates the windows, so sleep is something you will also be short on if staying here. Overall dreadful hotel and staff .
