Interesting I would not stay again as an older couple

Cons:

No handrails on some of the stairs, no tea or coffee in room. No air conditioning . No staff on site
No visible signage outside, needs srceen on windows

This was my first and last stay here.
Pros:

I liked it because it’s close to the airport. It’s only a 14–17 minute drive and very easy to get to.

Cons:

Upon arrival, I found that my room had been given to another guest. After contacting the owner, I was offered a different room, which, in my opinion, did not match the quality I had paid for.

The room was extremely noisy. I could constantly hear the entrance doors opening and closing, the wooden stairs creaking, and people walking in the room above. Every sound carried through the building, making it impossible to sleep properly or relax.

Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay.

Belle chambre, des espaces communs ( cuisine, salon, frigo, coin détente...)
Un parking

Cons:

Des chambres occupées par des travailleurs en déplacement qui ont pris pratiquement tout le petit déjeuner.
Celui-ci était composé d'ingrédients industriel sous vide ...
il nous restait 1 yaourt pour 4 personnes

A good stay
Pros:

Easy to check in, comfy bed and nice shower. Easy to park. The breakfast area was well stocked with cereals and yoghurts which was great for a quick breakfast before check out.

Cons:

The room and shared kitchen was a little tired looking overall, as guests were expected to clean up their own pots and pans it was a little concerning whether things were actually clean in the cupboards.

great place to stay,not too far from Harlow.in nice area.
Pros:

I have stayed twice before,so new what to expect,except this time I had a single room.the room was fine,but not so keen on sharing a bathroom.
also i was not catered for my allergy.

Cons:

Standard double room dirty with spider webs and shared bathroom. Shower drain blocked so you end up in a puddle. No hot or warm shower temperature. Disgusting. Self check in and self check out service at hotel. I contacted hotel number for shower temperature and blocked drain and had no response after 10 hours. Very poor service. I have stayed at the hotel every year for 3 years but the quality of service and rooms are truly poor this time. I will not be staying there ever again.
