Very nice indeed
Pros:

Beautiful settings clean and tidy lovely big house.

Cons:

The towels we like sandpaper and the bathroom sink was to small to have a wash and bo where to hang your towel if your in the bathroom!

Clean had everything we needed for our stay. No complaints.

Convenience. Simple but nice. Breakfast was self service again it was fine. Had everything we needed for our stay. Safe private parking

Disappointing Stay
Pros:

The bed was comfy and the location was good for our intended trip.

Cons:

We felt a disappointed with our stay.
Firstly the property was not sign posted and there was no dropped curb to enter, had to bump up the kerb to get down the driveway.
We (what we thought) upgraded to the Garden Room. But this was disappointing because we had to go outside and into the main building to get a cup of tea, not ideal and expected there to be at least a kettle in the room.
I notified the accommodation ahead that I required Gluten Free breakfast but there was nothing for me to eat and the only breakfast provided was cereal and some bread.
The shower is very temperamental and takes ages to reach 'warm' and didn't seem to completely turn off, had to take the shower head down to stop the dripping.
A little more attention to detail is also required in cleanliness, cobwebs and dust.
Didn't see any owner or staff member to be able to comment on people skills.
We only stayed for one night.

Single Room Not Great
Pros:

The shared area and breakfast was great

Cons:

The single room is a tiny box room, the bed was squeaky and you can hear pretty much every door opening and closing

Run down needs updating. Handle broke on bathroom door. Tv didn’t work, remote had no batteries. Room small, kitchen facilities poor.
