Good for a short stay
Pros:

Use of well equipped self-service shared kitchen
Room spacious enough

Cons:

There was a mix-up with the room and the room allocated to me, was already occupied when I arrived

Cheap, but not cheerful, you get what you pay for.
Pros:

Location was nice and quiet.

Cons:

Bed was very uncomfortable and the frame was so squeaky every time I moved it woke me up. Lighting in one of the bathrooms was broken and the other bathroom had been left in rather dirty state, shower was terrible, almost no hot water and terrible pressure.
No easily visible outside number or name on the guest house, made it difficult to be sure it was the correct place.

A wonderful stay here
Pros:

I liked the location. The kings room clean and spacious. The kitchen facilities to be able to help yourself as much as you would like.

Cons:

The sink in the bathroom was very small other than that nothing sorry come to mine

Clean, quiet, well stocked kitchen, everything was easy to find.
Pros:

I was staying in the Garden Room, it was secluded from the main house, very spacious,clean. Nice shower room and dressing room. Lovely neat garden with apple trees.

Cons:

The light bulbs could be a bit brighter, and one was missing in the dressing room.

Pros:

Pages hotel is a lovely place to stay
And the services provided are great
Location is very close to M11 and also both town centres
Access is very easy and checking in is the perfect system in place for someone who arrives late
The landlord is a good man and very accommedating
Will definetly stay again when needed

Cons:

Theres not anything to not like its very modern, clean and tidy
And tye social areas to relax are very comfortable

Good clean accomodation
Pros:

Lovely place and location. Clean tidy all round parking no problem. Continental breakfast was ideal for us as we could have it later than other guests. Plenty to eat. Messages from owner about locks and entry sent well in advance so we could get in straight away. Room clean and tidy with fridge, always useful.

Cons:

First night tv worked fine but because more people stayed second night the tv wifi kept dropping out so couldnt watch it. The sink in the bathroom is far too small for washing in. Bathroom door lock was on the fireplace not that we needed it but needs mending for future guests. Rear carpark was full when we returned second night but road parking readily available.

A perfect place for a peaceful getaway.
Pros:

The room, the outdoor space, the lounge and the kitchen. I liked how the house was wrapped in nature.

Cons:

There was no fan in my room. I sweated all 3 nights.

house looked good from the outside. when I saw staff they were friendly. the kitchen and lounge were spacious and clean

I had not expected shared bathrooms. room tatty but clean. fire alarm at 11pm dealt with asap.
