The hotel needs a little upgrading in their furniture and maybe a little more maintenance.
Pros:

The location is awesome. You get a good view of the cathedral and you also have quick access to coffee shops, Oxxo, souvenir stores and a lot more. The location is honestly perfect if you want to be in the downtown area.

Cons:

The beds were really run down. When I laid on the edges the springs were so bad I almost feel over. The rooms definitely need new beds and the cleaning needs to be better. The floors were kind of dirty and the shower water was not draining properly. The breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Habitaciones en mal estado, no valía la puerta del baño, no hay agua caliente, coladera en mal estado, personal que no sabe tratar a los clientes.
No tienen estacionamiento privado todo es un engaño.

La mejor ubicación y de las ciudades más bellas
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, Excelente atención del personal nocturno (no recuerdo si su nombre era Manuel o Javier) ya que hicimos check out a las 07:00 hrs y pudimos estar en un contacto con él. Habla con orgullo de su lugar de trabajo y eso es muy importante

Cons:

Las habitaciones y baño requieren mantenimiento. Hubo olor a caño proveniente del baño durante toda la noche y tuvimos que poner toalla en el lavabo y tapar la coladera. El mirador estaba en remodelación pero en general una buena estancia

La primera noche, la habitación estaba para ponerse fuera de servicio, muy mal estado en general: TV no funcionaba, no habia agua caliente, no había contactos accesibles para cargar el celular, no habia donde comocar las maletas, el colchon de la cama se podian sentir los resortes, muy incomoda. Después de reclamar, nos cambiaron de habitación y estaba mejor...
