Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, el centro es muy lindo de noche, todo el personal fue muy amable, el desayuno estaba muy rico, muy recomendable

Yo creo el único detalle fue que solicité por medio de Booking poder hacer check in entre 11 hrs y 12 hrs ya que yo tenía un evento a la 13 hrs y nos teníamos que arreglar, tardaron unos días en responder pero una semana antes de mi reservación me respondieron que el hotel me había autorizado hacer check in en el horario que solicité, el día de mi ingreso al hotel, llame un par de horas antes y me dijeron que no, que el horario de check in era igual al de todos los hoteles a las 15 hrs, les expliqué que ya lo habia solicitado por medio de la aplicación y me dijeron que llegando al hotel lo checarian, al llegar la persona a cargo me explico que no me podían entregar la habitación por qué justo la acaban de desocupar, expliqué nuevamente mi solicitud por medio de la aplicación pero al parecer no, funciona así, al final la persona fue muy amable y nos ayudó a resolver la situación.
Ojalá pudieran evitar este tipo de situaciones ya que yo confíe en lo que la plataforma me confirmó y pues no funcionó así. Por poco y llegó tarde a mi propia graduación 🎓

The property was very close to everything I needed. The mattress was very comfortable and we got extra pillows we needed

Cons:

The room we stayed at did not have a phone and had to walk to the lobby for anything I needed
The water in the shower had little water and pressure. Had a hard time showering took longer.

Cons:

The hotel was undergoing renovations, and the manager on duty never mentioned this.
It was very annoying and noisy for guests to hear the drills and hammers on the ceiling of the room. It was a bad experience and disrespectful to guests looking for a quiet and peaceful night. Definitely not recommended.

Its well cared style and its exclusive location. The calm and silence within the property.

Cons:

The counter’s tiles on my room give me an uncomfortable time working on my computer. I would have appreciated having a special area where to place my computer accessories.

Hotel sporco (stanno facendo ristrutturazione con clienti al interno) acqua doccia fredda,colazione pessima frutta ossidata e succo di frutta allungato con acqua cibo scadente veramente pessimo peccato perché la struttura e' meravigliosa

Buen alojamiento pésimo servicio del personal
Pros:

La Ubicación es muy buena y bonita vista hacia la catedral. Las camas son cómodas y en general limpio.

Cons:

La atención de los empleados y el recepcionista son pésimos, no tienen calidad en el servicio ni tacto para decir las cosas. Todo le demás bien pero estas actitudes les bajan muchos puntos.

Excelente ubicacion y atención
Pros:

Nos encantó la ubicación del hotel, la habitación tenia una vista maravillosa, una terraza muy linda y muy amplia, todo muy limpio, el personal muy amable y atento, el.desayuno sencillo pero rico

Hermosa vista a la cuidad, histórico y bonito hotel
