Please note that the hotel reception and restaurant are closed all day on Thursday and Sunday evening. If you wish to check in on a Thursday or Sunday evening, please contact the hotel in advance to arrange an exact check-in time. Your room key can be deposited in a key safe by prior arrangement.

You will find the hotel car park at the end of Flurstraße, a street parallel to the Ringstraße. The hotel also offers you the opportunity to store bicycles and motorbikes on request.

Rude and unwelcoming
Pros:

Nothing, really.

Cons:

Rude and unwelcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were basic, sparse, hot, and stuffy. The hosts couldn't care less about their guests' comfort, in 90 degree temps, they couldn't even be bothered to open a window. Nothing to eat in their restaurant unless you're a meat eater. There is nothing in this town but the castle, so you'll have to drive 15-20 minutes to go get a meal or a decent cup of coffee. They have a coffee machine in the room, but the pods they provide are the cheap generic, truly awful coffee. The hotel is non-smoking, but we had cigarette smoke wafting into our room regularly because the owners' apartment was right next to our room. Now for the most unpleasant part... We reserved online, and check in at 7 pm was noted on their website and in the reservation confirmation, check out however is not mentioned anywhere but on a 12 point font card tucked between the beds, (aggressively pointed out AFTER the host verbally abused our entire family), not mentioned at check in, and not on their website (we looked for it) so, when 10 am struck, the host came banging on the door like she had a warrant, proceeded to scream at my daughters, who explained that we didn't know check out was at 10, and let her know we needed to check out at noon. We packed up as quickly as we could, but not fast enough for this not-so-charming lady... she was back with her warrant and then graced me with her foulness too. Don't stay here... honestly, so much better can be had.

Pros:

Das Frühstückbüffet war ausgewöhnlich gut. Die Zimmer sauber. Für Mororrad und Fahrer war ist alles da was man nach einer Tour braucht. 🙂

Völlig in Ordnung
Pros:

Lage in modernem Wohngebiet, aber gute Aussicht, Zimmer renoviert, engagierter Wirt

Alles sehr unkompliziert und ordentlich. War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Wurden etwas grummelig empfangen, dann wurden aber alle Wünsche und Anliegen sofort und schnell erfüllt.

Soweit war alles super. Sauber, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Der check-in klappte nicht. Obwohl ich gebucht und auch schon bezahlt hatte, wurden viele Informationen neu abgefragt. Die Auswahl des Landes war nicht in alphabetischer Reihenfolen. Es hat wirklich viel Zeit gekostet um einzuchecken.
Nach dem Frühstück öffnete sich die Zimmertür mit dem Zugangscode nicht mehr. Auch ein neu vergebener Code wurde nicht gelesen.
Die Tür der allgemein zugängliche Damentoilette (da ich nicht ins Zimmer kam) ließ sich nicht verschließen. Für die Herrentoilette, die einzige Möglichkeit, welche mir blieb, musste erst ein Schlüssel geholt werden.

Ich war nicht das erste Mal in diesem Haus. Das war das erste Mal, dass ich so eine unschöne Erfahrung gemacht habe.

- nach zwei Nächten jeweils direkt um 9 h geweckt worden,,, laute Geräusche/Diskussionen auf dem Hof.
- Abends keine Mitarbeiter vorOrt,
in der Nacht von Sa auf So ist das Internet/WLAN ausgefallen, und man kam, aufgrund des digitalen Schlüssels nicht ins Gebäude/Zimmer, nur durch Zufall durch andere Gäste, welche die Tür geöffnet haben, überhaupt ins Zimmer gekommen, ich bin am gleichen Abend abgereist

Aangenaam verblijf
Pros:

Op wandelafstand van het centrum waar je gemakkelijk iets kan eten en enkele winkels in de buurt hebt. Doch de buurt zelf is wel rustig en niet te veel verkeer 's nachts.

Cons:

Ik had een kamer met een dubbelbed besteld, echter waren het 2 enkele bedden dat er in de kamer stond.
