Sehr schön, Naturnah, reizvoll mit einem Hauch von Falten, was die Pflege anbetrifft.
Pros:

sehr gut, Mitten im Naturschutzgebiet am Kanal, das war sehr paradiesisch, alte Grundmauern, neuer separater Wohntrakt. Der Inenausbau ist sehr wehrtig und gute Materialien. Schlicht und klare Linien.

Cons:

Der Besitzer sollte unbedingt den neuen, ca 25 jährigen Wohn-/Zimmertrakt von aussen sanieren, Bäume gegen Norden schneiden, und wilde Reben am Haus nachschneiden. Die Umgebung/Wege zu den Zimmertrakten muss besser gesäubert werden, jetzt grad viele kleine Äpfel auf dem Boden, Laub, Schattig und Feucht...schadet der Bausubtanz. Mehr Licht von Norden her zulassen. Ebendso die Pflanztröge hinter dem Haus und er ehemalige "Biergarten?" solte gereinigt und nachgeschnitten werden, allgemeine Aussenrauhmpflege.
