Boa estadia e, como sugestão, sugiro melhoria no cafá da manhã, em diversos aspectos.
Pros:

Gostei da hospedagem, dos quartos e do atendimento da recepção. A limpeza do hotel também é boa e havia predisposição dos atendentes para os pedidos.

Cons:

Creio que deve haver uma atenção especial para melhoria no café da manhã, tanto no atendimento dos pedidos como na limpeza. Por mais de uma vez, peguei na área de copos limpos, alguns copos sujos, inclusive com marcas de uso, até com batom.

Excelente Localização e Serviços

Excelente acomodações e localização.

Cons:

Reservei sem saber e sem ter sido escolhido por mim um quarto de Mobilidade Reduzida que foi desconfortável para nós que não temos essa necessidade e não conseguimos trocar senão no dia seguinte após muita insistência. O Hotel diz que o problema é com o Booking que "joga" a reserva para esse tipo de quarto quando já estão sem acomodações, mas eu fiz toda a reserva pelo Booking sem ter sido pedido por mim esse tipo de quarto e já no Hotel ao ver o tipo de acomodação designada (condição que até então não tinha conferido na reserva) também não pude alterar.

Hotel bem localizado, próximo a Avenida Paulista, funcionários atenciosos e cordiais, apartamento espaçoso e confortável, conta com academia interna, mas se o hospede preferir recebe gratuitamente um voucher para treinar em uma unidade da Smart Fit que fica bem próxima ao hotel.
