Real boutique 9 room hotel, old charm
Pros:

Went here for Easter, quiet and not fully booked. Had a simple double room, no view but a nice outdoor space and very quiet. Pool was open, but cold so only a quick dip. Loved the old charm architecture, though outdated it gives a special feeling staying here. Small hotel also meaning less moving around. Good free coffee for pick up, and cheap selection in the shared minibar. Short walk for train, bus and the old city. Shoot out to Jose Luis, for taking good care of us. Didn't eat here, but know he baked bread everyday and other guests had dinner here.

Cons:

It's a bit outdated, however functional. We did fight the hot solar water in the shower. Either too hot or too cold.
