Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal - allerdings nur zu wenigen Zeiten anwesend, dazwischen kaum erreichbar.
Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet - leider war der Frühstücksraum gleichzeitig Eingang, Lobby, Reception, Aufenthaltsraum, Durchgang zum Treppenhaus und Hunde-Lager :-(

Das Haus ist noch voll im Umbau - und man verlangt trotzdem horrende Preise.
Im Treppenhaus war Gestank von der unappetitlichen Abfallecke. Dort ist auch der hintere Ausgang - mit einem noch nicht fertig verlegten Fliesenboden: Unfallgefahr!?
Im Zimmer steht ein überdimensionierter "Pool" - nur hässlich! Die Fenster-Dichtungen bröckeln. Das Bad ist unglaublich klein und eng, nicht mal die Duschtüre lässt sich ganz öffnen. Das WC eingezwängt - eine Zumutung!

Auf mehrmaligen Aufforderung am 3tag anderes Zimmer bekommen.
Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Lage schön im Zentrum.

Cons:

Erste Zimmerzuweisung absolute Zumutung würde sogar sagen, Frechheit.
Eingangstüre lies sich nur mit Gewalt bis zur Mitte öffnen, dann hat ist siech am Boden verkeilt.
Badezimmerboden aus Holz, wo noch Spliessen hervorstanden, wo man sich Barfuss verletzen konnte,
zudem tropfte Wasser von der Lüftung herunter.
Matratze zum vergessen. Fensterscheibe zerbrochen. Balkoneinteilung eine Zumutung, einerseits Teilbar mit einer
Appartementwohnung, andererseits konnte die Zimmernachbarn durch das zerbrochene Fenster in unser Zimmer schauen. Balkon weder Stühle noch einen kleinen Tisch, gar nichts.
