Chaos oder Unfähigkeit und für Gast zusätzlicher Zeitaufwand, bis endlich Gästekarte erhalten . Die hilfsbereiten Feen des Touristen Point haben dies schliesslich erledigt , obwohl dies anscheinend Hotel lückenlos hätte erledigen müssen!!

@@ Kulanz für fehlende Leistungen (ehrliche Informationen !! ) muss man deutlich einfordern; sonst würde lächelnd darüber hinweggesehen. Selbst bei Zusage von Forderungen ist Info lückenhaft. Es sollen nur 10% vom Preis OHNE Frühstück erstattet werden- weshalb? Inakzeptabel!
Erstattung auch nach einer Woche noch nicht erhalten.
Bucht jemand per Telefon, geht das ganz fix und Gast an Rezeption kann warten.

Der aufenthalt war kurz ,deshalb hat es genügt.
Pros:

die Lage war schön zentral, da alles noch im Umbau war ,war es nicht sehr gemütlich. Dennoch hatte es alles was man brauchte.

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels

Cons:

Wir wussten nicht dass das Hotel umgebaut wird! Somit mussten wir in ein anderes Hotel zum Frühstück. War nicht schlimm aber eine Info vorab wäre schön gewesen! Was noch ein weiterer Nachteil ist, dass man die Bewohner des oberen Stockwerks hört im Zimmer herumlaufen! Also das Hotel ist etwas "Ringhörig"

Die Lage war top

Cons:

Das Hotel ist immer noch im Umbau, was nicht erwähnt wurde. Rund um die Duschekabine hat sich beteits schimmel gebildet. Keine Duschmittel und Shampoos vorhanden. Frühstück war sehr dürftig, Gipfeli trocken, keine Auswahl an Brot, Aufschnitt und Käse leer. Alles in allem zu teuer. Sehr sehr schade!

immer wieder gerne
Pros:

perfekt gelegen. Alles in Laufnähe erreichbar. Schöne grosse Zimmer, was insbesondere im Skiurlaub wichtig ist

Cons:

Die Umbaumassnahmen waren noch nicht ganz abgeschlossen, aber die Freundlichkeit der Personen hat das mehr als ausgeglichen.

Ist ideal zum kurz Aufenthalt. Frühstück wahr gut.
Das einzige das nicht gut wahr das Wasser in Dusche und Lavabo läuft nur schlecht weg Zimmer 36.
