The front desk staff was so cooperative specially the morning guy.

Tv should be smart tv and we were not able watch you tube, Netflix stuff. It was only weather forecasting channel.

The hotel is well placed, clean but the cost of the included breakfast was nto worth it.
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast was not good. The eggs were cold. There were no sausages. We were told they were not ready yet. We never got any. Eating on paper plates was not interesting.

Disappointing stay
Cons:

On the 3rd evening/night, a young hockey team from Belleville was playing hockey on the 4th floor and continued to make a tremendous amount of noise well after 10:00pm. Called reception and reception never answered our phone call. Extremely disappointing. We understand that kids need to celebrate/have fun, but come on. $200+ per night, what gives?
