Bed was uncomfortable
Cons:

We didn’t like the bed in our room there was a very large dip in it I called the front desk they sent up a manager to apologize but that’s where it ended
I am not sure what would have happened if we where staying another night but for the one night it was uncomfortable

Disappointing with breakfast, room was decent but obviously not cleaned properly.

Cons:

Found a piece of chocolate, like a chocolate caramel square, right beside the bed. It made me wonder how clean to they clean these rooms.
Paper plate and Costco style wooden utensils for breakfast was very disappointing. I felt like I was backpacking but then again, I have better dinnerware when I backpack. It was sad that a facility that offers breakfast makes you feel like you are eating at a picnic.

Cons:

Bed bug found in our room - took a picture - the staff confirmed as well. They moved us up a floor however we later found out that room we were just in was already occupied again with no cleaning being done. The staff apologized profusely but nothing was done beside changing of rooms. I’m really disappointed and not thrilled

La tranquillité de l'hôtel

Cons:

L'eau de la piscine était froide (nous pensions que la piscine était chauffée, nous n'avons pas pu nous baigner avec notre bébé).

Le remplissage du conditionner n'avait pas été fait et le niveau des 2 autres bouteilles était bas.

Hotel a 6 piani, grandi ascensori, camera e bagno ampi e puliti, colazione buona anche se non molto varia

Séjour calme et agréable
Pros:

La chambre est très spacieuse et impeccablement propre. Le lit est extrêmement confortable, et la salle de bain est superbe. Un séjour vraiment agréable. Je retournerai sans hésiter pour un séjour plus long.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être amélioré : les assiettes en carton devraient être plus solides. Pour ma part, en voyage, je privilégie surtout le confort plutôt que la nourriture.
