The Park Hyatt Suzhou hotel is an amazing hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, providing great customer service. The hotel itself is elegant and artistic, looking like a modernized mix of Chinese and western designs. Everywhere you look are gardens and ponds, giving you a feeling of serenity and peace. Note however, that their is a lot of construction in the surrounding area. There is a nice lake nearby for walks or a morning run but you will need to take a short taxi or metro ride to get to the tourist sites.

Room (5/5): Room and layout was amazing. The room still feels brand new with the standard rooms having ample space with a separate sitting area, a large white marble bathroom, and walk-in closet.

Hotel (5/5): Entire hotel felt thoughtfully planned with classic Chinese design and artwork but still feeling very modern. The koi ponds in the middle of the hotel had a striking presence. Hotel also had a nice lobby with some space to sit and the gym was quite large.

Location (4/5): Next to Jinji lake, which is a pleasant view but the location is a bit far from major attractions in Suzhou. Will need a 25-30 minute ride to get to the primary gardens and busy streets. This was the only downside of the hotel.

Service and Cleanliness (5/5): Everything you would expect from a five star hotel.

This hotel was fantastic! My husband and I went for a mini trip to use up a free night at a hyatt and I would 100% come back to this hotel and pay fully out of pocket because it was definitely one of the best hotels I've ever been too. The rooms and facilities are beautiful, the service was impeccable, and the food in the restaurant was amazing. Although it's a bit far from the city center, it's accessible with taxis or subways, and I also recommend taking a walk around the neighboring lake in the evening!

We are Suzhou locals but decided to have a staycation at Park Hyatt Suzhou. The hotel’s view of the Sky Wheel and Jinji Lake was so impressive. I wished to stay there longer. The restaurant, Xi Zhou Hall, provides delicious and authentic food. We had a great time there!

A truly luxurious stay. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. As expected from the Park Hyatt brand, the service was polished and attentive throughout our visit.

The hotel boasts a beautiful setting on Jinji Lake. While it’s not within walking distance of the main tourist attractions or central subway lines, getting around was easy as taxis were always readily available and convenient.

Highly recommended for travelers who prioritize comfort and a serene atmosphere.

Park Hyatt Suzhou was one of the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The public space was so beautifully designed that people wouldn’t even want to walk to their room. The room was also full of details. The design follows Suzhou’s traditional design language but was mixed with the modern design style. It is very unique and comparing to other Park Hyatts I’ve stayed in this lights up to me the most.
The helpfulness of staff was also very outstanding, they are very nice people was professional skills and they truly make this place feel like home to me. Truly a gj!

Excellent 2 night stay. Beautiful hotel property that still fells brand new. The lobby area with the koa ponds, art work, flowers and bonsai tress is a wonderful first impression. Eating in the restaurant with the pond view is very serene. Was upgraded to a suite (Globalist) with a beautiful view of the lake and ferris wheel. Excellent breakfeast and gym. Don't think twice about this property if the location works for you.

This is 10 out of 10 park Hyatt . The style is not like Ph , this one is Chinese style and it very pretty . All the design is really attractive to me . And service for this hotel is super . The response from staff is all very fast . Even the housekeeper is very hard working they will leave gifts

I personally believe this is currently the most luxurious hotel in Suzhou. The entire hotel is incredibly beautiful, showcasing the style of Suzhou gardens. Both the public areas and the room interiors are imbued with a strong sense of traditional Chinese elegance. The hotel's Chinese restaurant is also renowned across the country and is well worth a try.

Stayed at Suzhou Pake Hyatt for a weekend. Staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel is designed beautifully and maintained well. I am a globalist and get upgraded to top floor suite. We’ll definitely revisit and stay at park Hyatt Suzhou again!

The Park Hyatt Suzhou stood out as one of the best stays we had on our Asia trip. From the moment we entered, we were in awe of how beautiful the hotel was - everything from the common areas to the rooms themselves. The staff members throughout our stay were friendly and responsive. I highly recommend taking advantage of the amenities. The fitness center is expansive, the pool is HUGE, and the breakfast is top tier even among Asia standards. Honestly, we had zero complaints aside from wishing we could’ve stayed longer.

This property is well worth its price and cuts absolutely zero corners when it comes to delivering perfect service and luxury. I think this is as perfect as hotels come by.
