Нигде в описании не указано что наше помещение будет -1 этаж! Это ужасно! Это не стоит таких денег 240 евро в сутки!
Отличное местоположение. Все достопримечательности рядом. Хороший завтрак с разнообразными сладостями. Отзывчивый персонал, сразу реагируют на просьбы. Все четко и понятно. Отличное место для знакомства с городом. Спасибо!

Lovely staff... Customer service was exceptional. Very happy to help. Loads of historic sights to see within walking distance. View from balcony toward the blue mosque was great! Would definitely stay here again.
There was a minor issue with the breakfast staff during our stay which we found unprofessional. As soon as the manager discovered this, he immediately took action and ensured the issue was resolved. Not only that, he ensured that we were very well taken care of for the rest of our stay. I don't think we have ever experienced customer service like it. It was clear to us that these guys will go the extra mile to ensure customers enjoy their stay.
