Very hard to park car for unloading, signage lacking.
Bon séjour sauf l organisation du petit absolument bordélique. Le personnel pourtant bon largement débordé. J ai du débarrasser dressé ma table, demander à plusieurs reprise sachets de thé, cuillère, couteau etc.... J ajoute trop de table au même endroit petit déj oppressant gêner par les aller et venu des clients. Tout le reste dans cette hôtel est bon.... Ha si... Enfermé dans le monte charge hôtel qui se confond avec l ascenseur... Très mal indiqué !
Très bien jusqu a ce qu ils se foutent du monde
De passage en Suisse j ai laissé du fromage sous vide et de la fondue sous vide !!
Je les ai rappelé et comme par hasard tout a ete jeté - de qui se moque t on.
Lorsque ce sont des affaires personnelles ils vous appellent lorsque ça se mange - on garde !

Exactly what you want of a business place: clean, professional, and super convenient to get to Geneva by train. And way better food options around than in Geneva!
The entire staff was excellent. I wish they offered an earlier dinner time if I were to come again , say about 5 pm.
Notre chambre n’avait pas de chauffage, on a eu très froid, il voulait nous mettre un radiateur électrique qui ne marchait pas et dégageait une mauvaise odeur. La demi pension était un vrai raté, frittées salées et pleine d’huile , le petit déjeuner avec de la venoiserir
