Dieses Hotel sollte man meiden
Pros:

Abends keinerlei Möglichkeit noch etwas zu trinken zu bekommen. Restaurant ist geschlossen, keine Minibar noch nicht einmal ein Getränkeautomat. Zum Frühstück nur mäßiges Angebot und keinen Kaffee , es wurden nur Schrippen und Knäckebrot angeboten. Kein Schwarzbrot oder Körnerbrötchen oder was sonst heutzutage noch so üblich ist.Auf Nachfrage wurden mir Tee und Cola angeboten. Habe mir dann selber einen Kaffee türkisch aufgebrüht. Vom Personal keinerlei entschuldigende Worte.

Für eine Nacht ok.
Pros:

Unkomplizierter Checkin / Checkout. Frühstück war ok, relativ einfach.
Parkplatz ohne Extrakosten.

Cons:

Das Zimmer an sich war ok, an der Sauberkeit, vor allem im Bad, müsste noch gearbeitet werden. Es waren noch Haare im Waschbecken und auch am Toilettendeckel vorhanden. Es gab auch keinen Fön.
Der Fernseher war nicht angeschlossen.

Old fashioned yet clean hotel. Wouldn't visit until train line in fixed.
Pros:

The breakfast was nice and very filling. The staff were very friendly but didn't have a great knowledge of the local area.

The room was clean but in need of refurbishment.

Cons:

We decided to spend a weekend in seelow to see the memorial museum. We travelled from Berlin and there were severe disruptions to the train line which meant we were dropped off 4 miles from the town. After waiting on a bus for 40 minutes, we phoned the hotel and asked if they knew a taxi number or any way to get to the hotel. They said they had no idea but had heard the train wasn't running. Not exactly great knowledge of their town for visitors. As a heads up to others, there is a tiny phone number at the bottom of the bus schedule and if you phone that you can organise a minibus to collect you. The buses will not run otherwise. We had to work this all out in freezing, snowy conditions. Also bear in mind that Google maps still says that public transport is running normally even though it has apparently been like this for many months.

Similarly, when we left the staff had no real idea of how we could get back to Berlin. The man at the seelow museum was far more helpful and gave us a route from Seelow train station to Frankfurt an der Oder and then to Berlin. This is information I would expect a hotel to know when transport disruption has been going on for months.

As for the hotel itself, it is tired and looks like it had its heyday decades ago.
