Es wurde uns keine Möglichkeit gegeben in unserer Sprache zu kommunizieren, das ist umso merkwürdig da Deutsch ja 3.Amtssprache in Belgien ist ! Ich habe keine andere Erklärung daß es sich hier um DEUTSCHENFEINDLICHKEIT HANDELT !! Nie wieder dieses Hotel !!

Pros:

Moderní, funkční, čistý a dobře vybavený pokoj. Hotel nabízí i velké společné prostory. Uzamykatelné lockery zdarma pro uschovani zavazadel před a po pobytu jsou skvělou službou! A lokalita je výborná, v centru.

Helpfulness of reception staff, having kitchen facilities, my husband liked the t. v. Overall a well-equipped room, giving us flexibility.

Cons:

Having the double bed up against the wall, making it more difficult for the person next to the wall, and it means they have no access to the light switches.
The lack of privacy of the bathroom - with lights on you can pretty much see everything.
Room was a little dark (we had room 13).

Kleuterschool in een prachtig pand.
Pros:

Prachtig pand en de uitmuntende service van de persoon die ons heeft ingecheckt, Benny. Gastgedreven persoon. Omvang van de kamer was prima.

Cons:

Dit hotel is klantgedreven en NIET gastgedreven. (Alleen Benny voldeed hieraan) Tweede persoon bij de receptie waar wij na een klacht mee te maken kregen sprak géén Nederlands en was alleen maar bezig met een duurdere kamer voor ons. Niet probleem oplossend. Daarnaast heeft het topmanagement overal boetes aan gekoppeld. Geen gastvriendelijk gebaar. De kamer had geen airco. Bij binnenkomst stond er een prima eenpersoons bed. Maar de tweede persoon moest op een Kermisbed gaan slapen die niet eens was opgemaakt. De hele nacht niet geslapen. Als klap op de vuurpijl moesten we bij het inchecken onze bankkaartgegevens invullen voor als er uiteraard een boete geïncasseerd zou moeten worden. Dit is geen probleem. Maar DAARNAAST moest er nog een BORG gestort worden van €50,=. Het gaat niet om die €50,= maar om het principe. Heel jammer dat er zo'n amateuristisch ( dat kan bijna niet anders) topmanagement de zaak dient te regelen in zo'n prachtig pand. Een kleuterschool in een prachtig pand.
