Amazing location in Gent
Pros:

Very nice style, kitchen and a fridge. Cool building. Own parking is close and secure, public parking next door. A lot of self service.
The bed is absolute heaven! Room has independent "normal" heating and things like ironing board. Wifi was good and fast. Location is great, the center is literally 3 minutes walk. Tram and groceries nearby.

Cons:

Sound insulation was not great, heard a lot from nearby room (neighbors were quite noisy themselves too). Bathroom light is not very convenient for shaving (it's directed from the ceiling downwards). No breakfast options (just buy it yourself).

Nothing great.
Pros:

Nothing except the location.

Cons:

For our stay of 3N and 4D there was false fire alarms even in the night at 10:30 pm.

The parking opposite the hotel is very expensive and hotel has only 9 spots for 100 rooms.

Rooms are not the best except the location to the city.

Perfekte Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend, um zu Fuß die (Alt)Stadt zu erkunden. Die angebotenen Parkplätze sind sehr nah an der Unterkunft, somit war eine Anreise mit dem Auto sehr gut möglich. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber.

Cons:

Beim Komfort ist mit Sicherheit noch ein wenig Platz nach oben, das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, nicht weniger, aber eben auch nicht mehr.

Pros:

住宿位置到各个景点都很方便，房间很干净！厨具很全！

Cons:

沙发床并不是特别舒服，翻身会有响声。另外房间不是很隔音，半夜被邻居吵醒。

Keine Empfehlung für Gent.
Pros:

Lage in der Stadt

Cons:

Sehr viele Mücken, schon im April. Man kann das Fenster nicht öffnen, ohne dass Mücken ins Zimmer fliegen.
Das Personal ist unfreundlich. Bei der Ankunft wird man an der Rezeption nicht informiert, dass man das Auto registrieren muss, obwohl man sagt, dass man mit dem Auto angereist ist. Stattdessen wird nur die Tourist Tax abkassiert. Wenn man sich darüber beschwert, bekommt man nur die Aussage, dass dies kein Hotel ist. Was sonst? Schade!
Nicht zu empfehlen!

Alojamiento bonito, cuidado y limpio
Pros:

El apartamento está muy bien cuidado, bonito y elegante. Esta muy bien ubicado, si te gusta andar puedes recorrerte Gante desde el apartamento sin problema. Además dispones de cocina y utensilios, la verdad nosotros solo desayunamos allí y no me fijé si para hacer comidas o cenas había menaje suficiente.

El apartamento estaba muy bien, lo único hecho en falta una cafetera!

Great location, innovative concept.
Pros:

Location is really great.
Everything is newly renovated.
Room was very spacious.
Internet worked well.

Cons:

My check in counter part was the most disinterest person i have met in a longer time. So sorry for disrupting her during her busy studies.

To get to our room we had to move through 3 internal doors including a covered walk outside. To get to the room you need to climb stairs (no elevator option), that is not great if you have heavy or bulky luggage or a baby car.

The room smelled like an Indian Restaurant!!!
Open the window during day times, not a good idea because a smoking area is in front of the windows.
Curtain wise you only have full blinds closed or the neighbors and people walking in the yard looking into your room.
Sofa bed, you have to make yourself and there is only one blanked with 2 tiny pillows.
You cannot log the door from the inside.
Lighting wise this one is on the darker side of things.

Car parking: the parking space of the hotel are an optimistic 250m walk from the hotel, but really narrow, if you operate a bigger car. This refers to the entrance as well as the parking slots itself. Actually there is a paid parking house just in front of the hotel. I guess one would be not worse of choosing that one.
