Convenient location and very comfortable rooms
Pros:

Good location near Tenjin Minami Station with lots of restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance. Our Twin Room was very clean and spacious.

Cons:

We paid for the breakfast buffet one morning and it was disappointing with a very limited selection to choose from. Would not recommend paying for this.

Convenient hotel in Fukuoka
Pros:

The employees at the hotel breakfast were so welcoming and cheerful. It was a great start to the day. Also I appreciated that even if we didn’t ask for maid service, the cleaning staff still left a bag with fresh towels on the door.

Cons:

Our room was not well soundproofed, we could hear neighbors and also noise from the hall. Definitely used ear plugs and white noise app at night.

Pros:

1.很貼心的房務進來打掃，還會多準備一套浴衣
住起來也很安靜舒服
2.只差在飯店沒有提供水，要從才外面買進來
3.飯店最近的地鐵站位於天神南站出來右手邊直走
，走約8-9分鐘步行會看到Lawson 從巷子進來，導航都會帶著你走，不怕找不到，門口飯店往左邊不遠有間超市可以採買零食水果回飯店吃，外面有很多餐廳店家燒肉居酒屋，很方便，附近也有一幸舍拉麵中州店，離博多運河城，屋台街也很近，左右邊都有7-11, Lawson可逛，晚上真的是很熱鬧，來天神住這間是最佳是首選，只不過要提早訂，都沒遇到會說中文的櫃檯人員，比較可惜，還要碰碰運氣...

1樓等候樓梯時都會聞到吸煙區的煙味，希望這點能改進

很幸運用便宜價格訂到 但我是去年的9月底就訂 且無法取消
Pros:

交通方便 天神南站6號出口走5分鐘 但6號出口沒有電梯 攜帶大型行李旅客可以從1號出口搭電梯或手扶梯上來 再往後走

Cons:

沒有提供礦泉水 記得要買 路口就有一家羅森
