This was a very comfortable stay in the perfect location with a well appointed room.
Pros:

It was a beautiful spacious room. Very clean and great location. The bed was very comfortable.The whole hotel is beautifully designed. It was quiet. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The first night the room was cold I could not get it warm. The coffee pot was riinky dink. The breakfast could have been much better.

Pros:

I liked the location. It was convenient.

Cons:

I don’t like that the property didn’t have its own parking. I paid for parking for our two nights stay and then had to pay to park when we went to the Christmas event at the Gaylord.

Everything! The staff was professional, courteous and with care. The facility was clean. The bed was very comfortable

Our stay was one of the best hotel stay in years.
Pros:

The people at the front desk seemed genuine and attentive to us. They seemed to be the same way with other guest as well and so did any other staff we came encounter with. The rooms were clean and the enviroment just seem welcoming and aell kept.
