Fine except for parking and the weird anti-balloon policy.
Pros:

The hotel was very close to all things walkable and it was a nice, clean and comfy stay.

Cons:

I was told to get a separate parking garage ticket so that I would have the ability to go in and out at will and to disregard the ticket that I received when I initially came into the garage. I did that and I was double charged for parking even though I only paid for the one ticket in person! Then there was a weird policy against balloons or any sort of birthday or celebration decor. I was there for my 8 year olds birthday and had to leave all of her balloons in the car. Why would you not be allowed to bring balloons? How would that negatively impact the hotel or it's cleaniness? Very strange policy.

Little rest

Cons:

Next to an elevator 😩 noisy in AM and pm . Had neighbors with 2 little children crying at night and early morning 😩I had not slept the night before due to traveling and needed my sleep badly.

Pros:

The view from our window was beautiful! The staff were very friendly and nice! Rooms were nice clean.

Cons:

Around 3 each night people were very loud slamming doors.

Terrible disappointment
Pros:

The location was OK

Cons:

Upon check in keys were given to a room and it was not clean. Upon complaint at the front desk, another room was assigned and it was not cleaned either. Therefore no pregaming could occur before the concert at MGM upon finally checking in at 1:30 AM the room was still not clean. The surfaces had not been wiped. Spills had not been wiped and it was terrible. The staff did not seem to care housekeeping was negligent. The GM was notified.
