Disappointment.
Pros:

This hotel lacked features I expected. There was no parking, and we had to pay $25 a night for a nearby lot. This should have been disclosed beforehand. The breakfast buffer was only adequate and the bacon was among the worsr I've ever been served. They didn't make up the room, and when I asked, they sayd the housekeeping staff was gone. At least the receptionist provided some extra towesl. In the bathroom there was no lotion or shower cap offered. The hotel was clean and attractive, but it was a disappointment for a "Hyatt."

Cons:

No parking. No lotion or shower cap. No indoor swimming pool. Rooms were not made up daily.

It wasn’t a great location near the concert at the casino. The hotel was beautiful love the breakfast.

This was a very comfortable stay in the perfect location with a well appointed room.
Pros:

It was a beautiful spacious room. Very clean and great location. The bed was very comfortable.The whole hotel is beautifully designed. It was quiet. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The first night the room was cold I could not get it warm. The coffee pot was riinky dink. The breakfast could have been much better.
