But overall, my day was good and it was pleasant and it’s definitely Holly suggested for its location

I almost always love my stay at the Hyatt. The front desk clerks were exceptionally, friendly and accommodating. The property and room was clean. And the breakfast is as I always expected. I suggested maybe adding some menu items to the breakfast to expand its options even if guess I have to pay for it because if you’re gonna offer a complementary breakfast, consider expanding its options.

Cons:

What I didn’t like about this day in comparison to others is for some reason or another my room key kept getting deactivated so twice I had to contact the front desk about my room key

LOCATION IS EXCELLENT. FELT SAFER DUE TO SECURITY MESAURES TO REACH LEVELS.

HAD TO PAY FOR PARKING IN A GARAGE AROUND THE CORNER. HOTEL DOES NOT OFFER PARKING ONSITE

Pros:

I love the fireplace. I really didn't get to stay in there to enjoy the room.

Cons:

It had no microwave in the room. I have been in plenty of hotels. This was the first place with no microwave .

Pros:

The room was very clean and the bed was wonderful.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't care for was the parking. That's no fault of the hotel due to the location you have to use a parking garage, which sometimes it was hard to find a good parking space.
