If we could have had a different bed I wouldn’thave a negative thing to say. I would still stay here
Pros:

The hotel staff are great. The breakfast was better than expected and they had a huge variety of options. The hotel itself is really clean and well kept up with. I’m a snob when it comes to cleanliness and the room was perfect.

Cons:

The only thing that made our stay hard was the bed. It was so uncomfortable my husband and I couldn’t even sleep through the night. I am 7 months pregnant and eventually just went to lay sitting up on the sofa because of how uncomfortable the bed was.

Kind staff. Great view.

Cons:

Room had some issues, a dripping ceiling, pipe noises when the shower was on. The room was mostly clean but we found some dirt and debris in the living area. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, but maybe that's hard to avoid.

Pros:

The room and building were clean. Rooms were updated. Policies were very clear and the stay was mostly peaceful. Checking in was seamless.

Cons:

Having to pay to park in a garage across the street. Validation and including the price in the cost of stay would have been nice. The restaurant on the premises was open for a short time 4-9 and room service was not available.
