The stay at Galeria Plaza San Jeronimo has been excellent. The room was beautifully furnished, spotless and spacious. The generous breakfast was highly appreciated with amazing food options (I recommend the omelette with zucchini flowers and cheese) and lovely service by Carlos.
I find the hotel to be very comfortable. However, I would advice to add an armchair/lounge chair to the rooms, especially in the executive rooms or corner rooms on the 5th floor, in addition to the office chair.
The service at both, the restaurant on the -1 floor and at the Roof top was excellent! Captain Enrique Aviles and his team made us feel at home, always taking care of every aspect of our meals and putting attention to detail, The food by chef Marco and Chef Gustavo was AMAZING and well balanced.
Bravo to all the servers: Jonathan, Francisco Perez, Enrique Hernandez and Fatima Acosta!
I would considering having corkage fees in the Roof Top Bar since the wine list is limited and people do not always want cocktails, tequila or mezcal.
The breakfast very good and personnel at the cafeteria super. The personal: juan Carlos , Carlos, samantha… all of them were super attentive and kind.
They could improve the service at the reception desk .

La regadera no estaba bien montada y de arriba de la salida del agua salía un chorrito de agua que mojaba afuera de la regadera y en el pasillo de entrada había una parte del piso medio levantada

Que pedí 1 hr más para hacer el chek out porque mi evento terminaba mas tarde de la hora de salir del hotel y me dijeron que no.
Amazing place to stay,Great Location, Great Service and amazing Staff. Hotel is located within where everything is pretty close to everything.
The Hotel was lovely, the staff was always helpful and the amenities were more than adequate. The hotel location was the only problem. It is not within walking distance of shops or anything else, so you always had to drive somewhere else. I would recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness and service.

Very comfortable Room, restaurante with Very good food. Located at a busy area so ir takes long to get an Uber. Far from city center, but it was close to my job office.
They have a beautiful rooftop garden and outdoor courtyard. Good range of drinks and some snack food in the rooftop garden. I did not try the dining room. Staff were gracious and helpful.
Sufficiently well-equipped gym. Would be nice to add a Peloton or upright bike.
We had a pretty bad experience. They forced us all to pay for the buffet even though not everyone wanted it; some just wanted to order one thing from the menu. The food quality wasn't good and the cost was exorbitant. I definitely wouldn't go back

Had an outstanding experience at Brisas Restaurant in San Jerónimo. From the moment we sat down, everything—from the ambiance to the food—was top notch.
What truly made the visit exceptional was the service. Santos (waiter) and Bruno ( Manager) went above and beyond and delivered the best service I’ve experienced in a long time. Attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming—he elevated the entire dining experience.
