Milý personál skvelé raňajky skvelá lokalita všetko hneď po ruke blízko sú električky s ktorými sa dostanete na všetky historické miesta dokonca na niektoré aj pešo od HOTELA kto má rád chôdzu tak to pobeha aj pešo má to hneď ako turistiku...krásne výlety s loďou okolo Bosporu tam uvidíte všetko z loďe proste... pecka ...

Il Golden Sail Hotel Old City è una struttura accogliente situata nel cuore storico di Istanbul, ideale per chi desidera esplorare la città senza spendere cifre elevate. L’hotel si trova nel quartiere di Fatih, una zona strategica che permette di raggiungere a piedi alcune delle principali attrazioni turistiche, come la Moschea Blu, la Santa Sofia e il Grand Bazaar. Questa posizione rappresenta uno dei maggiori punti di forza della struttura, rendendola particolarmente adatta a chi visita Istanbul per la prima volta.

Le camere dell’hotel sono pulite e ben curate, dotate dei comfort essenziali come aria condizionata e connessione Wi-Fi.

Il personale si distingue per la sua gentilezza, disponibilità e attenzione alle esigenze dei clienti, contribuendo a creare un’atmosfera familiare e piacevole. La cordialità dello staff è sicuramente uno dei motivi principali che ci porterà a tornare nuovamente in questa struttura.

Noi abbiamo scelto il trattamento con colazione e cena e devo dire che l’offerta è stata molto soddisfacente: propone una buona varietà di prodotti tipici della tradizione turca, ben preparati e gustosi.

Pros:

Location is perfect. 2 mins walk to kampuki station. 2 stops to hagia sophia, blue mosque and topkopi palace.

Cons:

No lift to second or third floor but not a big issue considering you have to walk a lot anyways in Istanbul.

Pros:

Excellent location, extremely friendly and family-like staff, great meals. We felt really like home with fresh food, staff who took care of us and proximity to all important places. The weather was horrible but in the room there was heating !

Cons:

Very thin walls… we couldn’t sleep because we were able to hear neighbours talking loud😣
There could be some hangers in the room for jackets as well as in the bathroom and night lamps at all night tables

La amabilidad de todo el personal es insuperable, hacen que te sientas como en casa. La limpieza perfecta, los desayunos riquísimos y muy completos. La ubicación es ideal para ir andando al gran bazar,etc. Parada de autobús a 2 minutos y tranvía cerca.
Viajamos en familia con una niña de 8 años y la experiencia no ha podido ser mejor. Nos han tratado estupendamente

Above expectations - 3 night trip
Pros:

The hotel is close to all main tourist attractions and public transport points in Fatih. Our room was clean and well maintained. We didn't turn on the TV or the AC because we didn't need to, so I can't write feedback for those.
The restaurant looks clean and offers big and very tasty foods and drinks. Breakfast was included in our reservations and it was definitely enough for 3 grown men to not feel hungry until dinner. The staff spoke english and was very kind and helpful.
The room was cheap to book for 3 nights, so overall very good value for money.

Этот отель подойдёт тем кто ищет бюджетный отель.Здесь вы получите цена качество.Отель расположен в старой европейской части Стамбула в шаговой доступности от достопримечательностей Стамбула рядом чудесная набережная Мраморного моря.И множество кафе и ресторанчиков.В самом отеле есть русскоязычный персонал.Завтраки хорошие.При отеле кафе с демократичными ценами.Рядом кафе и ресторанчики ценник уже по выше и значительно выше.Номера а из в отеле 9.Как бы не новые Но все работает .Нареканий не к чему нет.Мне понравился этот отель

Our stay was very pleasant, and I’d like to extend a big thank you to the people who work there.
Pros:

We had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and had private bathrooms, and the breakfast was very good. What truly made our stay so pleasant, however, was the staff—they took great care of us and were always ready to help. Thank you to all of them.

Hele lieve mensen die je graag willen helpen!
Pros:

Het waren super lieve vriendelijke mensen. Die je met alles wilde helpen. Ze hebben ons ook heel goed geholpen met de transfer van en naar het vliegveld. Daarnaast kregen we elke ochtend lekker ontbijt en hadden we ook elke avond diner.

Cons:

De vloerplanken op onze kamer waren gebogen.
