Pros:

Чудовий готель, чудовий персонал, завжди привітні, завжди готові допомогти з будь якими питаннями. Готель невеликий, не далеко від центру міста і усіх пам'яток. Біля готелю багато ресторанів, завжди людно і весело. Нам сподобалось перебування в цьому місці.

Cons:

Не часто прибирали, було б добре якщо б забирали сміття з номера кожен день.

Pros:

Útulný menší hotýlek v docházkové vzdálenosti od hlavních památek s rodinnou atmosférou a srdečným personálem, zejména Youssef a Bugra nám byli ve všem velmi nápomocní. Vždy milí a ochotní. Velmi chutné servírované snídaně i večeře. Součástí snídaně i úžasný čerstvý fresh, vaječné omelety, káva, čaj, sýry, šunka, džem, zelenina,... K večeři i ryby a špízy. Vše vynikající. V pokoji minibar, rychlovarná konvice, fén, sprchový gel a šampon. Přes hotel jsme si nakonec objednali i celodenní výlet s průvodkyní po památkách i s lodním výletem po Bosporu a obědem (za 90 EUR na osobu) a také taxi na letiště (za 50 EUR).
Děkujeme za úžasný pobyt u vás. Tešekir Ederim :-)

La scelta giusta ad Istanbul
Pros:

Da dove partire , un enorme grazie alla meravigliosa famiglia che gestisce la struttura e che ha soddisfatto ogni esigenza da parte nostra. Abbiamo prenotato 2 stanze triple al primo piano (non c’è ascensore) . Colazione turca (salata) abbondante e ben preparata ogni mattina , succhi di melograno appena spremuti eccezionali ! Abbiamo deciso di usufruire del servizio di mezza pensione ed abbiamo fatto bene visti gli oltre 20000 passi giornalieri ! Per cena si ha la possibilità di scegliere tra diversi piatti , buonissimi i kebap ed i pesci presenti in menu, l’acqua è’ compresa nel prezzo. Attenti anche per chi come noi ha una persona celiaca in famiglia e sempre disponibili a soddisfare ogni tipo di richiesta, anche per i bimbi!
L’hotel e’ in una posizione ottima , 20 minuti a pieni dalle principali attrazioni della stupenda Istanbul oppure a 5 minuti di camminata in salita , c’è la linea del tram T1 che ti porta ovunque. Il Grand Bazaar dista 10 minuti a piedi invece. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo . Come conclusione vi posso dire : sé cercate il mega hotel di lusso andate altrove , se cercate invece autenticità, gentilezza, posizione perfetta, colazioni e cene veramente buone in un ambiente familiare il GOLDEN SAIL HOTEL OLD CITY ha tutto questo! Bravi

Ricordatevi di chiedere di rifare le camere. Ma per noi non è una cosa negativa .

Recomand! Personal foarte de treaba iar dl. Bugra, ne-a ajutat cu toate informațiile de care am avut nevoie! In centrul vechii fff aproape de Marele bazar si alte atractii turistice!

Cons:

Mai greu cu parcarile in aceea zona! Noroc ca am gasit pana la urma un loc intr-o parcare contra cost fff aproape de hotel!

Good location , near trainstation and center. Shops and restaurants around. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Window lock was broken. It was not possible to close the window , so there was noise from the street in the evening and smoke coming to room. LED lights has some fault so it randomly blinked during the night even it was switched off.

Asezat extraordinar, plecarea si sosirea la hotel, era una de exceptie.
Pros:

Pozitionarea acestuia, este EXTRAORDINARA. Terase si restaurenate foarte multe. O strada foarte animata si spectaculoasa.
Curatenia camerei putin de dorit, insa, ospitalitatea gazdelor a fost una minunata.

Cons:

Micul dejun neschimbat, oarecum dificultatea de exprimare in limba engleza (nu numai al celor de la hotel, in general cu totii au dificultati in comunicare in lb Engleza).
Camera foarte mica cu un singur geam mic, deaspura unui dulap, fara perdea sau jaluzea. Ca sa putem dormi mai mult dimineata, am pus un geamantan pe dulap, sa acoperim micuta fereastra.

Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, nice staff. The room in general is good, with a little fridge and a kettle.

Cons:

The hotel is located next to the square with restaurants and there were groups of musicians playing and singing all the evenings until midnight, so it was not quiet. We chose the option "Breakfast and dinner included". The dinner was ok, but looking at the prices in the menu I realised that it would have been much cheaper to pay it apart, so I felt a bit ripped off.

Mancarea a fost excelenta, cazarea este im centrul vechi, aproape de magazine, multe restaurante. Locatia este excelanta! Recomand si cu siguranta voi mai reveni!

Piccolo albergo a gestione familiare in zona piena di vita e di locali
Pros:

Ottima posizione, centrale e circondato da tantissimi locali dove cenare. Il taxi non può arrivare fino all'ingresso perché ci sono dei limiti stradali. comunque si ferma a pochi passi. Il posto è accogliente, la gestione familiare, la colazione deliziosa e in parte cucinata al momento (ottime uova, burro, marmellata), dolce e salata. Il personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

La nostra stanza era al terzo piano, senza ascensore. Mobilio molto nuovo, pulita, bel bagno grande. Le dimensioni un po' piccole, visto che c'era anche un letto singolo in più e io sinceramente non lo avrei messo, rendeva i movimenti complicati; noi lo abbiamo usato per poggiarci sopra i vestiti, poiché l'armadio era minuscolo. Comunque, nonostante ciò, consiglierei di alloggiare al Golden Sail.

Milý personál skvelé raňajky skvelá lokalita všetko hneď po ruke blízko sú električky s ktorými sa dostanete na všetky historické miesta dokonca na niektoré aj pešo od HOTELA kto má rád chôdzu tak to pobeha aj pešo má to hneď ako turistiku...krásne výlety s loďou okolo Bosporu tam uvidíte všetko z loďe proste... pecka ...
