My stay was good, the staff didn’t speak any English but I used a translator on my phone so we could communicate, first room they attempted to give me was very small, had a odor and the window was against a wall, I explained to staff (through translate) that it was my husbands birthday and I was able to upgrade with a charge but we ended up having a nicer room, and staff was friendly

Pros:

Do not recommend until they renovate or change the water damage walls/wall paper. Get some new curtains, fix that shower. Etc. very run down, giving motel vibes.
Staff sweet though. Air conditioning good but still smelling musty and moldy. They did provide a dehumidifier and that still didn’t change the smell of the room. Carpeting need a good chance it has done it’s time. Etc.

都心からは距離がありますが、西葛西駅からは至近なので便利です。連泊のエコ対策は理解しますが、バスマットをフロントに取りに行くのは面倒でした。その他は概ね満足。言うことありません。

とにかく部屋が広い。ディズニーオフィシャルホテルくらいの広さはある。洗面所が広くて綺麗。ソファーが破れかけていたのは愛嬌値段相応かな。車高が高くて駐車場が使えなかったけど近くに沢山有料駐車場があって困りませんでした。

古さは否めないけど割と綺麗
Pros:

立地は良かったですが、駐車場の入出庫時間が限られていた為利用出来ず残念でした。
部屋は古さはありましたが清掃は行き届いていてました。
ただ備品なども古いなと感じました。
照明も少し暗いです。
泊まるだけなら問題ないホテルですね
