Construction work will be carried out on the natural hot spring facilities located outdoors on the second floor from March 23rd to 26th, 2026.
To ensure safety, the hot springs, outdoor terrace, and hot spring jacuzzis in Deluxe Rooms will be unavailable from March 23rd to 26th, 2026.
(From the following day, March 27th, all facilities will be available for use as usual.)Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Exceeded Expectations - Clean and spacious
Pros:

Honestly, I did not expect much, but the hotel was clean, as were the rooms. Rooms in general for Japanese standards I would say 'spacious' enough, obviously tight and I wouldn't arrive there with 3 large suitcases, but generally you can make it work. Staff was friendly and all the extras provided such as drinks, popcorn etc. were great.

Cons:

Honestly nothing, we wer lucky that we got praking on-site for our cars. Now I can see that since there is limited availability this might lead to frustration for some.

Good value and comfortable stay in Naha with good transportation links to visitor attractions and smaller Kerama islands
Pros:

Large spacious and comfortable rooms with lovely toiletries. Excellent breakfast both Japanese and European choices, free drinks, ice-cream and Evening snacks are a bonus. Close proximity to the monorail and port makes getting around easy and the main shopping street and arcade are nearby. Staff speak good English and are professional and helpful. Family friendly hotel.

Cons:

My only criticism is that young children are allowed to play in the hot spring area so if you’re after a relaxing spa experience you will be disappointed. An improvement would be for the hot spring area to be reserved for adults only for some of the opening hours. The pool is small and again mainly used by children.
