Nice view on the lake, restaurant available next to water, quiet street blocked to cars, friendly staff, perfect location to stroll next to lake.

Cons:

(1) No Air conditioning. Early September, it was very hot (35 C) and had to choose between closing the windows or fighting the mosquitoes. Solution: add a mosquito net on small round bathroom window to get some air during the night.
(2) It was a busy weekend, so no parking place available close by (had to walk 7 min to public parking garage)

La posizione rispetto all'anfiteatro Vittoriale era comoda.

Cons:

Le camere non sono climatizzate, c'è un ventilatore che si usava negli anni 80 che fa girare aria calda. Il bagno non è finestrato e non c'è nemmeno una ventola di assorbimento. La colazione PESSIMA, una brioche vuota, uno yogurt, una mela x due persone e una prugna per due persone. Abbiamo chiesto se c 'era qualcosa di salato visto che a tavola non c'era nulla, ci sono state portate 3 fettine microscopiche di salame e due di formaggio mollo.
