Pros:

The staff was very polite and helpful. Very nice interior small yard with many plants, big room. Good breakfast. Good location - city center can be reached easily by foot.

Cons:

The covers for bedding were quite old and the cleanliness of them was also questionable. Cold - not heated -pool - to cold for the winter time in Merida

Alex, the manager and Magnolia, his daughter were friendly and made our stay nice. We spent an entire week here.

c 'est le meilleur hotel de notre séjour. Respect de notre demande sur la chambre. Personnel souriant, aimable toujours pret à aider. Très bon petit déjeuner au calme au bord de la piscine

Excelente ubicacion! Solo para personas que van a hacer turismo a Merida.
Pros:

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación; está cerca para ir a todos los sitios céntricos. El personal es superamable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El lugar es tranquilo y tienes varias tiendas cerca si quieres comprar algo. Además, cuenta con refrigerador en la habitación, lo que ayuda a mantener todas tus bebidas frías. El aire acondicionado y ventilador funcionan superbién! Si eres una persona mayor a 65 años y vas de vacaciones este es el sitio para ti.

Cons:

Las instalaciones son sumamente viejas, incluyendo muebles, cama, baño, etc. No es un sitio, si además de hacer turismo necesitas trabajar. Yo en lo personal ocupaba un sitio para trabajar vía remota; para mí resultó malísima la conexión a internet, no solo por el Wifi sino que ni siquiera llega la red del teléfono celular para usar datos móviles. No hay escritorio o sillas cómodas. Las cortinas y ventanas dan cero privacidad, por lo que cualquiera que pase por los pasillos puede ver hacia adentro. Los WC superpequeños, la regadera también antigua. Toallas pequeñas y que no secan. Si eres una persona joven y que ocupa trabajar via remota, NO es un sitio para ti.

Très bon accueil dans un super lieu !

Super accueil. L’emplacement est très bien et le quartier calme. Le petit dej est un grand plus avec cette belle terrasse.
