La amabilidad del personal.
La tranquilidad del hotel

Cons:

Las fotos del anuncio dan la impresión de ser una habitación muy cuidada, pero en realidad cuando llegas te desencantas. Las paredes y puertas sobre todo del baño dejan mucho que desear y la ropa de cama y toallas son muy viejas. No se esperaba esto. El cuarto de baño es un horno con paredes sucias. Sin Embargo la chica de la limpieza dejaba todo muy bien hecho.

Great stay in Mérida
Pros:

Great location in Center City. Walking distance to everything with no car needed. Very friendly staff and helpful. Nice breakfast although it was the same choices for the four days we were there.

Cons:

Interior of rooms was somewhat tired and could be upgraded. But all in all, a great place to stay.

The staff was very polite and helpful. Very nice interior small yard with many plants, big room. Good breakfast. Good location - city center can be reached easily by foot.

Cons:

The covers for bedding were quite old and the cleanliness of them was also questionable. Cold - not heated -pool - to cold for the winter time in Merida
