I loved my stay here, beautifully designed room in a great hotel

The property was absolutely beautiful. They created such a nice peaceful atmosphere. Staff were amazing as well.

From the first interaction pre-booking up until the time we checked out of the hotel, we had a really really great experience. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The personal touches throughout our stay really added a special element- also the building itself is beautiful. THANK YOU!

We had an amazing stay at K5. The staff was courteous and they were very welcoming of our 7 year old daughter. The room was spacious and wonderful. Everything was extremely clean. They had wonderful amenities including a great record player and interesting selection of records. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and the neighborhood is also great if you want to be slightly out of the hustle and bustle of the busier parts of the city.

Staying at K5 was one of the highlights of my trip to Japan. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the staff couldn’t have been kinder or more attentive. If you’re a creative type, you’ll find the atmosphere incredibly inspiring—the design details are thoughtful, and the rooms are surprisingly spacious compared to most hotels in the country. The food was excellent, the location unbeatable, and overall, this place is top tier. I’ll definitely be staying here every time I’m in the city.

This was the most amazing hotel experience I’ve had, from the cleanliness and design of the room to the amazing and wonderful staff! Also our Son Shiloh loved the warm embrace of the staff every time we came back to K5 he would smile and shout in joy at the staff and wave so happily! This really made our hearts melt!

Our best hotel stay ever! Great location for visiting tokyo, sweetest staff, and our studio room was so spacious and beautiful! We 100% recommend staying here when visiting Tokyo!

ホカンスで利用しましたが想像以上の宿泊体験でした。金額は高めなのですこし安いタイミングで泊まりましたが…。夕ご飯もMARUYAMA、朝もカフェでワッフルをいただきました。本当に美味しかったです！！少し贅沢でアートな東京ステイをしたいならおすすめ！ひとりステイが楽しいものになりました。ありがとう。

Our stay was incredible and made our experience in Tokyo one to remember. The staff were so kind and accommodating. the location was very convenient and close to transportation (Tokyo station), restaurants and beautiful areas. The room was stunning and had everything we needed and more. Would highly recommend this and if we ever are back in tokyo, will stay again. Thank you for everything.

I wanted to love this hotel, but it just did not compare with the other hotels we stayed in during our December trip to Japan.

Pros: Rooms were spacious. Bedding was comfortable. The staff was able to fulfill my request for two desserts to be delivered to my daughter’s room for her birthday while we had dinner at Caveman, the hotel’s restaurant. The tarts were purchased from a nearby bakery and were beautiful and delicious.

Cons: The bathroom’s galley-style layout was awkward. It was dark and the step-down was dangerous.
Location is close to Ginza but requires a cab ride. In fact, nothing is nearby and everywhere we went required a cab ride.
The red lounge was not staffed and the carpeting was stained. We were told the welcome drink was not available when we checked in.
The restaurant was not available for breakfast without a reservation which was not communicated to us ahead of time. We had to walk 15 minutes to find somewhere to eat breakfast.

Overall, this hotel was just ok for us.

Beautiful room, great service. Very quiet. Walkable from train station. Only issue was that the room was very warm and we could not get the thermostat to work.
