Pros:

Слава богу, что дежурил человек и позвонил хозяину по моему телефону (благо у меня роуминг позволяет) и выяснил в каком ящике находились ключи от нашего номера и код от ящика. Мы прилетели утром в 11 утра. Заселились раньше , то есть сразу в 11 утра , а не как было заявлено.
А ещё это 4х этажное здание без лифта.

Bester und gemütlichster Apartment in ganz Bremen
Pros:

Zuallererst möchte ich mich sehr bei Herrn Ford bedanken für jegliche Rückfragen meinerseits, die er sehr schnell und zuverlässig für mich beantwortete. Er ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Mensch, der stets auf die Bedürfnisse seiner Gäste eingeht und dafür schätze ich Ihn und seine Art sehr.

Nun zur Unterkunft: wenn ihr in die tolle Hansestadt zu Besuch kommt und ihr sehr zentral gelegen sein möchtet zum Hauptbahnhof, da ihr an die Züge gebunden seid, dann ist Ford Apartment die definitiv beste Entscheidung, um dort zu übernachten. Es gibt überhaupt keinen Lärm in der Umgebung und die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig im Vergleich zu Hotels.

Sollte ich wieder nach Bremen kommen, werde ich mir sicherlich nicht die Chance entgehen lassen im Ford Apartment ein Zimmer zu buchen.

Pros:

Sehr schönes, sauberes Zimmer mit kleiner Küche + Ausstattung.
Öffentliche Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. (Es fallen minimale Gebühren an, je nach Wochentag)
Hunde sind erlaubt, wir hatten unsere beiden mit dabei.
Sehr zentral, man ist in ein paar Minuten in der Innenstadt, wo es auch Bäckereien und Restaurants gibt.
Außerdem ist sehr naheliegend ein kleiner See mit schöner Grünfläche (zum entspannen oder auch interessant zu wissen für Hundebesitzer)
Ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist der schöne Bürgerpark für einen entspannten Spaziergang.

Cons:

Es gibt leider keinen Aufzug. Wir wohnten im 4. OG und es war natürlich etwas anstrengend, das Gepäck nach oben zu tragen.
Für uns war es nicht relevant, aber für andere Leute ist es vielleicht wichtig zu wissen, dass die Unterkunft nicht barrierefrei ist.

Ruhige und saubere Wohnung zu einem fairen Preis!
Pros:

Obwohl die Unterkunft in Bahnhofsnähe liegt, war es sehr ruhig. Die kurze Begegnung mit dem Besitzer war angenehm. Die Möglichkeit, sich Teebeutel oder Kaffee von einem Tisch aus dem Treppenhaus mitnehmen zu können, ist eine nette Geste.

Cons:

Ich schlage vor, den Müll zu trennen. Auch ein weiteres Handtuch in der Küche bzw. tiefe Suppenteller wären von Vorteil.

Das Preis -Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.
Pros:

Der Empfang durch Herrn Ford war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für Fragen hat er sich stets Zeit genommen.
Das Appartement ist sauber, hell und verfügt über eine kleine Küchenzeile.
Es gibt mehrere Parkmöglichkeiten. Einerseits in nahegelegenen Parkhäusern (unterschiedliche Kosten) und andererseits direkt in der Straße, wobei diese Plätze am Wochenende (ab Samstag 12 Uhr) kostenfrei sind.
In 10 -15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum, aber auch auf dem Messegelände.

Gute Lage für einen Städte Trip
Pros:

Sehr netter Vermieter der auf Fragen sofort geantwortet hat und verfügbar war.
Kostenfreie Parkplätze am Wochenende direkt vor dem Haus.
Zentrale, fussläufige Nähe zur Innenstadt.

Cons:

Mehr Geschirr (z.B Suppen Teller, Müsli Schalen) hätten wir uns gewünscht.
Da wir das Apartment hatten, das direkt an der Straße angrenzt waren die Nächte sehr laut aufgrund stundenlanger, lautstarker Unterhaltungen direkt vor dem Fenster.
Das Apartment liegt in einer zwielichten Gegend ( es wurde auch gedealt) aber dafür kann ja der Vermieter nichts.

Würden nochmal buchen, dann aber ein anderes Apartment.
Pros:

Großes Zimmer. Sehr zentral gelegen. Super sauber. Toller Tipp mit parken im Goldbeck Parkhaus. Late Check-in unproblematisch. Preis bei Buchung überzeugte.

Cons:

Wir hatten Nr. 14 im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug. Mit Gepäck ziemliche Herausforderung. Ich hatte vorab gesagt, dass ich geruchsempfindlich bin und ein muff-freies Zimmer benötige. Das hat nicht geklappt: Es roch stark nach kaltem Rauch (meine Reisebegleitung fand das auch störend + hatte Schwierigkeiten mit dem engen Einstieg in die Dusche).
