Pros:

Location is very close to Central Train Station, Tram Stop, Restaurants, Stores etc.

Pros:

Lage ist Top, nähe von Bahnhof. Der Besitzer hat uns um 20.00 getroffen. Sauber und leise für die Erholung.

Cons:

Am Anfang war Geruch im Zimmer unangenehm. Klining Dienst kam ohne Vorankündigung, um zu putzen. Das ist doch kein Hotel.

Zentrumsnah, alkes was man braucht, super freundlich, hilfsbereit, wegen der Witterung mit Schneemassen gab es keine Züge am Vormittag und wir konnten kostenlos länger im Zimmer bleiben. DANKE

Ci è piaciuto tutto. Pulizia, confort, gentilezza e puntualità dello staff all' accoglienza, posizione,..... Consigliamo sicuramente un soggiorno presso questa struttura.

Good worth for money in a central locatio
Pros:

The location is walking distance of Hbf, Rewe, tons of restaurants.
The staff was very kind and the management was very receptive to my asks.
The room had everything I needed.
It was good bang for buck!

Cons:

Not much really, I guess it's not the highest-quality neighborhood but it's not different from around the Hbf and it's safe.

Excelente departamento
Pros:

Ubicado muy cerca de la estación de tren, con tranvía y colectivo cerca. También hay supermercados y negocios de todo tipo a poca distancia.
El check in y check out se hacen online, te mandan un código para acceder a la llave que fue muy práctico.
Las instalaciones son muy buenas. Estuvimos en el departamento de planta baja. Las camas y colchones muy cómodos. La escalera de la cama cucheta muy cómoda para subir.
Tiene sofá, mesa y sillas para cuatro. Hay espejos y un placard.
El baño amplio, muy limpio y cómodo. El extractor funciona muy bien. Tiene secador de pelo.
La cocina cuenta con microondas, lavavajillas, horno, hornallas eléctricas, heladera, cafetera y tostadora. Todo tipo de utensilios de cocina y limpieza. También elementos de cortesía como café, azúcar, aceite, sal, pimienta, etc.
Todo muy limpio y decorado con muy buen gusto.

Cons:

En un momento abrieron la puerta de la cocina para ver si estaba todo bien, pero nos sorprendió porque hubiéramos esperado que toquen a la puerta del frente.

Sehr gute Lage.
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Im Zimmer gab es eine kleine Küche mit Wasserkocher und Kaffee.
Das Hotel was fußläufig vom Bahnhof zu erreichen und in die Innenstadt war es auch nicht weit.

Pros:

O apartamento era aceitável o prédio bonito e arrumado e o anfitrião além de lindo era muito simpático, não entendi se ela era dos Estados Unidos ou morou lá por um tempo. Soube que eu era brasileiro e já me recebeu com simpatia.

Cons:

O vizinho ao lado fazia barulhos absurdos durante toda a noite, a porta do meu apartamento tremia como se tivesse alguém abrindo ela a todo momento e para pioria a janela era no alto deixando a sensação de enclausurado a todo momento. Havia um andaime na janela e o vizinho recebeu visitas e eles decidiram fumar nesse andaime tendo vista para dentro do meu apartamento, completamente desconfortável era horrível dormir com o barulho absurdo….
