A good hotel with a little bit more attention can be great!
Pros:

Nice clean room, with good furnishings.

Cons:

It seemed a little unfinished, some cables on walls not anything wired up yet. Fridge not put in our room. The first room has only a fan, with aircon only in the bedrooms. Too hot.
The bath robes provided were stained.

Pros:

Cleanliness

Cons:

Staff can be a little proactive - 30 minutes before checking out I had mentioned I would check out so that when it’s time there wouldn’t be a need for me to wait. But when I was checking out I was asked to wait till the staff wanted to make sure everything was fine before I leave

Pros:

Nice hotel, quiet, price is fair, good and healthy breakfast, good coffee but not included in breakfast.

Cons:

Not any good restaurant nearby

Pros:

Staff were helpful, restaurants and shops close by. Markets 100 metres away.

Cons:

The need was a tad hard, but that is usual for Vietnam

Reception is awesome so very nice very helpful my family we all love this guy

Best in Cu Chi
Pros:

The hotel is modern and clean.Staff , from the cleaners to the concierge ,carpark and cafe were excellent.
The rooftop swimming pool and cafe were highlghts.

Cons:

Construction noise from the hotel expansion was very intrusive.Hot water was frequently not available,possibly due to construction.
The cable channels were only randomly working and only for short periods.

Pros:

The staff were excellent.

Cons:

The construction work going on next door from 07.30am until 18.00pm or even later some nights (22.00pm). The pool was also drained when I arrived.
