Comfortable bed, great shower pressure, lovely view of sunset, and well suited to my needs.

It is a great location and perfect for Neukölln. But the bedding was too small for the bed and a few lamps in the room did not work. The was way too little soap. The staff is nice but I did not see them much and the lift was broken. Everything was clean. It is load but that is the street and not the hotel. But for that price I will not come back and I do not think it is worth it.

High tech room where little worked. The apartments was an aquarium an a strange room with a big gap into the living room.

Fin leilighet. Men mange av de fancy systemene i leilifheten fungerte ikke. Ganske trafikkert. Fint møblert og rent.

Stor og fin leilighet, moderne. Alt utstyr, men aircondition virket ikke og det ble litt klamt på badet. Serviceminded blid kar i resepsjonen! Rengjøring hver 5 dag, men ikke lørdag/søndag. Dagligvare og U bane rett rundt hjørnet. 9 min å gå til bowlinghallen.

Clean, renovated, light. No amenities. Offered 1 single soap for the sink, shower and the kitchen for a 5 day stay. When asked at the reception, we're told 'it's not a hotel'.
Paid separately for the laundry facility, which includes detergents. Discovered some washing powder left in a small plastic bowl by the machines.
Stayed at half a dozen apartment hotels across Europe and in Germany. No, this is not common.

Fine if you want an apartment for months but not if you want a hotel.
It's not a very helpful place, definitely felt a little abandoned after check-in and requests for anything had to be made several times. Wouldn't recommend for a relaxing time

Not great at all for a holiday. Maybe viable if you plan to live in the city a while rather than just visit it.
Not easy to get requests filled by reception and house keeping team, Aircon doesn't work and it's so noisy on the street outside that you've little choice but to close the window to sleep.
I wouldn't consider returning again which is a shame because the rooms themselves are good, you just feel abandoned when you're in them.

The hotel was nice however it was really gimmicky. The a/c didn’t work and our shower sprayed everywhere in the bathroom since there were no doors. The toilet controls didn't work. The shampoo and body wash was also empty

Lätt att checka in men kvaliten på säng och bäddsoffa vart dålig.
Samt området utanför vart inte något trevligt hemlösa låg vid dörrarna och det vart så smutsigt överallt i området. Inget att rekommendera familjer.

The hotel staff were very nice. The parking garage was convenient. The neighborhood is nice. The room looked good and was clean. The fancy tech was slightly broken, the automatic window shade didn’t slide. Some lights didn't turn on. The bathroom sink, a motion activated fixture, occasionally ran for no reason. The bed was too soft for my taste. The walls are thin, i could hear neighbors music and talking. Sirens are a little loud.

Just perfect.

Väldigt fint och prisvärt boende och killen som mötte oss i receptionen var supertrevlig och hjälpsam. När vi åker till Berlin nästa gång så kan samtliga i sällskapet tänka sig att bo här igen!

Udemærket Hotellejlighed.
Det bedste man kan sige om beliggenheden, er at den ligger tæt på en U bahn station.
Der manglede basis fornødenheder i køkkenet. Så som sulfo, svamp/børste og viskestykke. Ellers fint.

Moderne & ruhige Apartments in guter Lage um sich ganz dem Berliner Charme herzugeben.

We chose the roof unit for the hot tub, which did not have a cover and was not hot. We asked for it to be serviced but it was colder after the technician came and it was then turned off. This is the most expensive unit. The kitchen was poorly stocked/ no dish soap or towels, only a few plates. We asked for compensation but none has been offered. We would not stay there again.

We stayed overnight and the check-in machine was broken and whe had to call the emergency number and wait until someone arrived. Athey agreed to leave a note so that the morning staff knew. I then check in the morning and the staff are unable to find saud note and refuse to extend our stay.
