Pros:

The room was super clean. The sheets were fantastic! Everything was wonderful. The bartender, the counter man and woman that helped me with my stay. I stayed St. Patrick's Day and enjoyed the tacos and margaritas.

Cons:

There wasn't a bath tub. I was looking forward to a hot bath. Even packed my Dr. Tea's bath soap 😔

Will definitely be returning!
Pros:

Amoya at the front desk was delight from check-in to check-out. She assisted us with locating the garage and provided supreme customer service throughout our stay. She represented the company very well.

The 3rd floor was reasonably quiet and comfortable

Cons:

The front desk manager was not very customer service savvy or friendly and as an Honors member I have come to expect the world class service associated with the Hilton brand - someone needs to speak with Lily
