The lady at the front desk was incredible .. we were a little early and she was able to get us into a room early , she upgraded the room & allowed us to stay parked there the following day so me and my children could walk to the aquarium and not worry about parking . I will 100 percent be back to stay at this hotel because of her . I believe she was a manager but was stepping down the following day .. I wish I remembered her name .. extremely kind and just all around wonderful person , I loved her
Everything was perfect !
I really liked the welcome on the television, the size of the room, and the view was absolutely beautiful.
The Parking pass situation was my only issue. Once I received the key, I was not told that the card needed to be activated to leave the parking lot. It was pouring, raining, and cold outside, and I was running late to a Funeral and could not figure out why the parking key would not work; also, there was no communication available at the exit to leave the parking area.
I enjoy the location because it's close to everything I need to get too.
I didn't like how we were locked out of our hotel and was in cold cold for 45 minutes due to the pipes breaking. I didn't like how we didn't have any answers and no clear direction on what to do minus getting another hotel room. Plus I hated the fact that when we did get to go back into the hotel we couldn't take the elevator and I had to walk up 7 flights of stairs. That was so much fun. Never heard from anyone either.

My mini fridge had a minor issue but it still did it's job.
Clean, good air conditioning, silent.
Staff isn’t so kind. ( they told us to bring all the devices with us to the lobby when i asked about the wifi fault). Unfortunately the problem was so small :)
didn;t eat breakfast,got up and ran out at the last minute bed was extremely comfortable,shower very nice
the tag thingies were hard to use,especially in the elevator where it often needed to be tapped more than twice
