Star Suites KLCC

The residence is perfectly located in the city center, just 10 mins walk from KLCC. We booked an apartment for 3 people for 3 nights. Before arrival, the management office had got its staff to send us check-in procedure by Whatsapp. The room was spacious, clean and bright. There was a rooftop swimming pool which offering nice view of the Twin Tower. We didn't try the breakfast in the hotel but go to some local eateries and food court. We would highly recommend this residence to tourists from all walk of life.

Great location apartment nice. However we put the make up room sign on the door and the room was not made up.

Did Not Like, The Cats, The Missing Items from the Inventory, The Faulty Air Con, The length of time it took to fix Tripped Electric Sockets,The Litter around the Pool Area Level 69.

I really enjoyed my stay at Star Suites KLCC .the location is magnificent, perfect...Just a short walk from klcc and twin towers.
The suites are modern, very spacious and clean .
I loved having a washer/ dryer especially i was traveling for the last 2 month and i need to clean my clothes by myself without forgetting a kitchen inside at least i tried to cook a home food for a few days.
The rooftop with a pool has an amazing view of the city, definitely a highlight ✨️..no daily housekeeping or room service but that was fine for me.
Great value and i would happily stay here again.

Loved the area and the hotel! Very nice place, clean and friendly personnel.

Excellent hotel. We were on a high floor and had a gorgeous view. Liked the rooftop pool which faced the Petronas Towers. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was luxurious and spotless. The front desk was very helpful and the location was excellent, a few minutes walk to a metro station. We were given bottled water every day and instant coffee. Suria mall is a 10 minute walk and it has an amazing food court. We ate here a lot. The hotel is spotless!

Overall we had a very pleasant stay.
The hotel was close to twin towers, suria mall and klcc park which was an advantage.

The main bedroom was good but the 2nd bedroom there was no room to get in and out of the bed, from the side, you would have to climb over.

That didnt bother us.

Definitely would recommend the hotel and would also stay again l.

Amazing the views were unbelievable we stayed on the 39th floor rooms were beautiful and spacious couldn’t believe the pool de t and view on the 69th floor looking at the towers

Place was awesome but the bathroom had strong sewage smell at certain parts of the day…

The laundry service in the room is perfect for a long stay. But the drainage in the bathroom is not fluent and the tap is moving.

Location superb, views from roof top incredible, pools are fabulous. Accommodation is of a good standard but we booked a 2 bedroomed apartment (for our family of four). First apartment the main double bed was in what I can describe as a cupboard (no window) we complained and we were moved to another two bedroomed apartment, this time two bedrooms with windows. Even in the next apartment the strange thing is that they have put the two twin beds in the larger room and squished a double in what looks like it’s designed as an office as there’s an internet point. Other weird thing that wasn’t practical staying with our young family as the main bathroom and toilet are reached through the kids room and not via the master bedroom or main living area. Made it not very practical. Location great but not designed for family or group stays

Pros:
Pool, gym, large room, laundry facilities in room, kitchen, all requests were responded to promptly, walking distance to park, mall, restaurants, tour operators pick up in front of hotel
Cons:
Breakfast was not included in our rate, floors were polished stone that was very slippery, people tracked water from pool into hallways and elevator, lack of options for vegetarians

Amazing view of twin towers from the pool (69th floor). Very clean, communication with front desk excellent, 7minute walk to metro station, 10minute walk to Suria mall (food court excellent). The place is outstanding!

The hotel is nice but it is too big, it is a residential bldg as well, so there is too much traffic of people all the time

Photos advertised do not match room facilities. second bedroom is tiny, only queen bed and notthing else, not even enough room for suitcase to be laid on the floor, no side table, no wardrobe ... literally just bed and enough sace for you to walk in and get into bed. other room was as you would expect in a residence advertised as 5*. kitchen facilities severly lacking.all cupbaords are emplty and only a few random cups adn plates available. Good water pressure from shower. great pools. stunning views.
