The breakfast is excellent and delicious. The bed and quilt are very comfortable. We had very good sleep every night at this hotel. There is very good service as well.
There was a particular staff member -John Chan -He was amazingly helpful not only to guests but to other staff. Thanks. See you next time!!!!!

During my recent stay in Changsha, I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service at the hotel. The facilities were top-notch, and the ambiance was welcoming. However, what truly made my visit memorable was the support from Judy, a staff member whose kindness and efficiency went above and beyond. Her assistance made all the difference, and I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to Judy for her outstanding work. She is indeed a valuable asset to the hotel team.

The breakfast. If you go around 9:00 AM is one disaster. They don’t replenish food, the coffee machine run out of water and they just refueled after 20-30 min.
So, If you want eat something that is not the instant noodles that they make during the whole breakfast, just go when they open in order to guarantee something to eat. What a nightmare and we were a bit disappointed with this careless

It is a nice pleasant place to stay. It represents excellent value, cheaper than many similar level of hotels, especially ones you haven’t pre-booked. No problems with foreigners staying . Good location, easy to get to anywhere- metro, buses, etc. super comfortable bed and duvet. Nice shower, lots of power points and places to sit. Nice room design.
Buffet breakfast was cold, dry and not very appetising when we got down there at around 8am. We just had to pick and choose the decent food
