All in all it was wonderful.
Pros:

Location, shopping and restaurants downstairs, easy access to train/monorail to Tokyo. The room was larger than most and very comfortable. Free amenities. Easy check in/out on kiosk with staff standing by to assist if necessary.

Very nice and convenient, roomy and has a great onsen at a discounted price
Pros:

Excellent stop over if you’re flying through Haneda. Very close to Shinagawa and Tokyo station by train or bus. Also get a great discount at the beautiful onsen.
Has an onsite gym that’s really good too if you care about that

Cons:

Breakfast was a little more average than most other Japanese accommodations but was decent enough

滞在3回目ですが、相変わらず大満足でした。長時間のフライトからそのままチェックインして、温泉にゆっくり入ったり、温泉施設内の食事もしくは、周りの室内レストランでの食事ができとてもフライトの疲れが取れリラックスできました。母の足が悪いからエレベーターの近くの部屋をリクエストしたらエレベーターから近いお部屋を頂きありがとうございました。また利用させていただきます。
