The personal care they attribute to each guest can be seen and felt,the staff executed in the small ways that just feels natural,smiling,understanding eye contact essentia, weather in complaint or praise. I had miss fortune of booking the wrong date the manager Wakisaka and staff resolved the issue with clarity. When I come back to japan I will make a over night stay at this hotel at terminal 3 just so I can be taking care of ,not only because of the staff but the whole place is top notch experience,from watching workers being polite and removing tar off the marble floor,watching a training class as the instructor explains the finer details of the laundry room to future employees who actually were taking notes,to the food courts, that have every type of food,and the Walkway to the hotel amazing,thank-you for a one night of exceptionalism.

It’s a shame the personal body scrub service wasn’t available at a later hr since we checked in early evening and checked out early next morning.
