ทำเลที่พักดีมาก สำหรับ คนที่มาไฟล์ดึก มีทางเชื่อม เดินข้ามจาก เทอมินัล 3 ได้เลย ไม่ต้องออกจากสนามบิน สะดวกมาก ในวันที่อากาศหนาวๆ ไม่ต้องเตรียมเสื้อให้วุ่นวาย มี lowson อยู่ตรงทางเชื่อม แวะซื้อบะหมี่ซักถ้วย เบียร์ซํกป๋อง มีลำโพงบลูธูท ให้เชื่อม เสียงOK สบาย ๆ หลังจากนั่งเครื่องมานาน

The location is very convenient for Haneda Terminal 3, both in terms of access to the terminal as well as taking the train into Tokyo. Modern and clean, great spa and gym facilities

Cons:

Both gym and spa are extra fees depending on your booking package. The spa is an expected extra cost but I did not expect the gym to also be an extra.

there are many different kind of restaurants and never get bored. I liked the Lawson was just downstairs
