Enjoyed the ease of using your hotel while on a 15 hour layover at Haneda Airport. Very clean and enjoyed the ease of checking in/out of your hotel.

Cons:

Our layover was from 6 am to 10 pm (15+ hrs) but because of your 3 pm check-in and 11 am check-out, we had to pay for 2 overnight stays. Could there be a more favorable way of charging such as an hourly or half day charge?

Cons:

ユニットバスが狭く感じました。今回は日本人女性1人の滞在でしたが大柄な外国の方だと窮屈かもしれません。

ホテル入口近くにコンビニもお土産屋も揃っており
買い忘れも問題なく
また駅にも近いため川崎、蒲田にもアクセスが良いです
