Excellent location! My go to hotel when I arrive at Haneda airport.
Pros:

Location is perfect! After arriving late to Haneda Airport, what a comfort to know I could walk only 5 minutes to the hotel. Room was very clean and a nice view of the bay. It accommodated my party of 3. The staff already prepared the room by setting up the sofa bed for us. Every staff member we met was professional and kind.

Pros:

Such a convenient location. Basically you come out of immigration at Terminal 3 and walk a few 100 meters and the hotel is right there. Electronic checkin but there are people to help you if needed. The onsen is great. And there is a portion of the adjacent mall with all sorts of food options.

Cons:

Very busy lobby. We had to figure out how to get to the restaurant on the 1st floor as not all elevators will get you there.

Great place to stay for an early morning flight.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with great access to the Haneda Airport via a walkway.
My room was great size and very comfortable and quiet considering it was right at the airport.
Made my early morning flight very easy to get to.

Cons:

Nothing really major, Basic toiletries provided soap, shampoo and conditioner, no cleaning items like wash cloths. Cotton buds, hair shower caps, not a major thing but I needed to open my suitcase to get some items out.
