The hotel is a bit out of the way overall we loved the hotel the breakfast was exceptional however some of our stay was a bit disappointing no air con as they had switched to winter mode no cleaning of outdoor pool for same reason it was 23 degrees it took 3 days to fix a running water from toilet cistern the restaurant for evening meal poor customer experience saying all of that I would definitely stay there again

Pros:

Albergo consigliato per la posizione molto tranquilla ma vicino al centro di Goreme, ottimo ristorante ( ho mangiato un kebab super), colazione da migliorare la parte dolce, parcheggio molto comodo e piscina con bellissima vista sui camini delle fate. Inoltre le mongolfiere partono da lì vicino e passano sopra l' albergo creando un atmosfera unica.

Pros:

The room was super clean and nice. The site is well maintained and view is amazing. The hot balloon are taking off literally in the backyard.

Pros:

Was wir sehr toll fanden waren die Heißluftballons. Die direkt vom Pool aus zu sehen waren. Es war einfach nur bezaubernd.
Die Zimmer waren etwas dunkel aber sonst sehr sauber. Und das Frühstück war echt top. Ich würde das Hotel weiter empfehlen!!!

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The property is perfectly situated to watch hot air balloons in the morning. Pool was perfect for hot summer days and place to enjoy the landscape. Rooms are clean and well maintained.

Excellent, friendly, very helpfull personnel, especially in reception. Helped crucially to plan our day - to catch the main attractions in one long day by car.
Contacted us immediately after booking, to inform that the family room we booked, is not accessible by weelchair/walker. Nice looking hotell, good location, very clean.

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi.balonların kalkışını odanızdan yada otelin terasından görebiliyorsunuz.odanın temizliği gayet güzeldi.oda sıcaklığı fazlaydı özellikle gece çok rahatsız ediciydi.kahvaltı yeterliydi ve güzeldi.biz alt katta kaldık.yerlerin ahşap olmasından kaynaklı olduğunu düşünüyorum.üst katlardan biraz fazla ses geliyordu.resepsiyonda çağdaş bey çok ilgiliydi.otelle ve çevreyle ilgili bizi oldukça bilgilendirdi.herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Odalar temiz ferah ve düzenliydi, otel balonları yakından izlemek için en harika konumdaydı. Yalnızca Eylül ayı sonunda İç anadolu ikliminde açık havuz kullanmak zor olduğundan, kapalı havuz kullanmak istedik. Sezondan dolayı kullanım dışı olduğunu söylediler. Ekim sonunda açılacakmış ancak bizce mevcut iklimde çok geç bir tarih. Kahvaltısı güzeldi, ama sıcaklar çeşitlendirilebilir. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Hotel muy lindo y cómodo, el servicio es muy bueno y tiene una piscina muy agradable y útil en el verano. Ei servicio a la carta es bueno y tiene precios accesibles. Está a 10-15 min caminando del centro de Goreme, lo que puede ser positivo si te gusta la tranquilidad.

Odalar konforluydu, çalışanların biraz daha güler yüzlü olmalarını isterdim ama servis ve ilgi mükemmeldi, oda temizliği biraz yetersizdi: pis değildi ama herşey az az yenilemiyordu tuvalet kağıdı vs., ama kahvaltı mükemmeldi, havuz temizdi, şehir içine yürüyerek gidip geldik çok yakın, sabah balonları izlemek çok keyifliydi, ailecek gittik ve memnun kaldık
