The property was cleaned. Even the laundry room was cleaned and so convenient. The environment was quiet. I truly enjoyed my stay there.

Property needs to be cleaned

Everything was great Doneisha was very nice she welcome me like if she knew me for year very very sweet and will like to thank jessia the manger with out you this hotel would not look so good .

There is one elevator and The hotel does not offer any type of bell cart to carry belongings to and from the room. After 3 days, I requested towels and was told that they don’t replace towels that it’s my responsibility to wash my own I passed by housekeeping to request a roll of toilet paper and I was told no. Then there was pest control who came unannounced banging on the door to spray the room. I was given no notice and I was on a work related zoom meeting. My pre-registered service dog started barking while they were banging on the door. I excused myself to the door only to see that he had passed along to the next-door. Went to my meeting and five minutes later there was another bang on the door from housekeeping informing me that no animals were allowed on the property whatsoever. I felt it was unnecessary for housekeeping to threaten me without first checking with the office. The location of my room was In an area where there is a bright light right outside the door, which causes the entire room to light up at night The bathroom outlet broken. Also, I had a pull out sofa in my room and there were no linens Extra pillows or even a blanket to accommodate that sleeping area

The room upon entry was very clean and the amenities inside the room allowed us to feel as if we were inside a house. We did not appreciate however the fact that water was on the bathroom floor consistently and there was the awful strong smell of cigarette on every floor. I found it distasteful and disturbing that people were ALWAYS smoking. Also, I wish you could book for less than a week, the online booking does not allow it. Overall, a good stay.

It just so happened that y stay was during renovations of the parking lot so it was a little inconvenient for me being somewhat disabled

Jessica front desk employee took pictures of my daughter foodstamp card sold to someone in Chicago when in too our room with out permission when we first rented suite 118. Now we leave and came back rented suite 317 I was happy until she when in our room again took my black mild cijar from by the door ash in the room 317 and took pictures of ash and 3 small tiny crums Thc that my doctor prescribed on my kitchen table inside room at time and accuse me of smoke in the suite and I ask come with me so we can smell it together they say no and not return my deposit she was argumentative keep knock on my door 8 am in the morning she hate me for some reason and kick me out with my wife and daughter out at check out time she had a big metal. Sissiors in hand at the front desk like she wanna hit me with it plus she rent room for cash to alway no room but parking lot empty wired

I did not like anything I was stock I wish I could cancel my stay in there but well I not coming back ever
