Anlage insgesamt sehr schön und gepflegt. Ausstattung Appartement in gutem Zustand und ausreichend für die Personenzahl.
Reinigung der Appartements erfolgt oberflächlich, dennoch grundsätzlich ordentlich und sauber.
Geräuschkulisse im Aussenbereich durch Betonwerk eingetrübt. Personal im Allgemeinen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The rooms were spacious. The suite we reserved had an individual pool. The front reception staff was exceptional and very helpful. The reception area was beautifully decorated and amazingly clean and smelled so tropical.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The little store on the property had everything you might need without leaving the resort. They were reasonably priced!!

Wonderful accommodation, very quiet and ample parking!

However, air conditioning was weak and the unit entrance smelled strongly of moth balls. Lastly, the wifi was very poor and most concerning, when asked about wifi, the individual at reception claimed that she’d risk her employment if she said anything to management.

We had a lovely family holiday in Cordiel Santa Águeda. We stayed in a deluxe villa with private pool and it was amazing, especially for our 4 year old who played in the pool for hours. It was also lovely to have use of the Beach Club next door as the pools are also lovely. Our only issue was that the Sushi restaurant didn’t seem to be open. Staff at Cordiel Santa Agueda were very helpful and responsive especially when our air conditioning broke - an engineee appeared within 45 mins. Highly recommend.

The girls @ reception were excellent. The beach club was good and had a play area for kids.The onsite spar was good also, which had a coffee/ice-cream shop.

Väldigt bra läge, nära till allt, restauranger, pool och mataffär! Väldigt fin beach club.

Bra lägenhet, men saknades ugn. Lite slitet på sina ställen, ex badrummet. Långsam incheckning i receptionen vid ankomst när barnen var trötta efter lång resa. Gymmet öppet mycket begränsade tider. Perchel beach club som man har tillgång till på vardagar är överskattat: kallt vatten i poolen (24 grader), ingen jacuzzi, hög monoton musik, liten lekplats och barnklubben aldrig öppen under vår nästan 3 v vistelse.

Personalet er søde, men det er et overraskende beton element man kommer ned til uden nogen former for charme, foruden man er på Beach Club'en.

Veldig fin plass å bo! Vi hadde en stor villa med sjøutsikt, 3 soverom på samme plan og basseng. Jeg var veldig imponert over hvor gjennomført villaen var og det var gode grove fliser som tåler vann fra bassenget. Alle rom var store med store skap. 2 gode bad.

Veldig bra parkering rett uten for huset. Stille og rolig plass. Renhold var innom hver dag.
Resepsjon bestilte taxi til oss når vi trengte det. Veldig lett å komme seg rundt med taxi.

Veldig deilig spiseplass i din egen hage og sofagruppen var veldig god å ligge i. Det var parasoller som du kan sette opp hvis det blir for mye sol. Vi lagde mat hver dag men kasseroller og stekepanne kunne vært byttet ut. Litt dårlig med kokkekniver.

Spar Express har alt du trenger til å lage middag eller frokost. De har flere meter med brus og øl. De steker varme rundstykker hver dag. De selger is og kaker som er kjekt for barn.

Det store felles bassenget tilhører et annet firma og jeg tror de ikke helt har funnet ut hvem de vil ha som gjester. Vi brukte det ikke fordi det var litt for lite familievennlig. Veldig begrenset mat meny men flere sider med cocktails og de spilte diskomusikk. I ukedagene er det gratis for hotellgjester for noen solsenger, mens andre må du betale for. Men det var kun hotellgjester som besøkte plassen så hvorfor ikke tilrettelegge for de. Pluss de åpner ikke før kl 11 og du blir eskortert til din solseng. Jeg tror ikke de varer så lenge med den strategien.

Nice and friendly reception. Nice areas outside and inside. Goid location with beach walk to Arguineguin. Wifi a bit weak and slow.

Very pleased with our stay. We had a 3 bed oceanfront and the outside area with pool was fantastic. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Only comment would be to improve the bedding - the duvet cover was just some sheets combined to cover it but didn’t really work.
The cement factory is hardly noticed when you’re there and it’s only an easy 10 minute walk to the town. Breakfast was good and worth the extra cost.

Ein wirkliches tolles, modernes Resort. Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich alle super lieb. Man kann 24/7 per WhatsApp Wünsche oder Probleme mitteilen. Bei uns war die Spülmaschine kaputt. Keine 10 Min nach unserer WhatsApp Nachricht war ein Techniker da, der sie repariert hat. Die Apartments sind wirklich toll. Wir hatten ein Duplex Apartment (ohne Pool) und es war super schön. 2 SZ und 2 Bäder. Im WZ und in jedem SZ ist ein TV. Jedes Apartment hat eine eigene Waschmaschine Trockner, die man kostenlos nutzen kann. Das Frühstück hatten wir nur 1x. Ich als Veganer fand die Auswahl nicht ganz so gut (aber ausreichend) und die Brötchen waren eher wie billige Aufbackbrötchen aber die Mitarbeiter haben (ohne dass ich danach gefragt habe) sich sogar bemüht mir extra vegane Speisen zuzubereiten. Super aufmerksam! Der Beach Club ist direkt neben der Anlage und super schön! Ein Sandstrand ist in der Nähe. Da das Resort etwas abgelegen ist, ist ein Mietauto sehr sinnvoll. Ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es genug direkt vor den Appartmenta. Wie in GC üblich sind auch bei diesem Resort viele streunende Straßenkatzen. Diese sind super süß und teilweise auch zutraulich und verschmust. Wir haben ihnen jeden Tag Katzenfutter und Wasser auf die Terrasse hingestellt. Es wäre toll wenn jeder Gast hier ein bisschen hilft und für wenig € den Katzen etwas Futter rausstellt :) denn die Gemeinden in Spanien kommen ihrer Verpflichtung, die Straßen-Katzen zu füttern, leider nicht immer nach.

Die Lage vom Resort ist leider nicht so schön, war für uns aber nicht schlimm da wir ein Auto hatten.
Das Deluxe Appartment mit Privat-Pool war echt toll und Frühstück war auch gut. Leider wurde nicht wie angegeben jeden Tag gereinigt.... der Boden hat nie einen Besen oder so gesehen. Mussten wir also selber machen.

Apartment was very spacious and really enjoyed having our own pool. Beach club was lovely, shame we couldn’t have access anytime. Could do with a more family friendly restaurant on site as nothing near by. The restaurant that was open was great, food and service was wonderful, but on the pricey side, nice for a treat, nothing for everyday dining available. We had hired a car so could go elsewhere, otherwise you would need taxis. Small issue in wardrobes, no full length hanging space for dresses! Huge wardrobe with loads of shelves!
Had normal hanging for shirts etc. Not a deal breaker, but a bit odd.
Overall had a lovely stay.

We had a great holiday here! We stayed in one of the Deluxe apartments and it was so nice to have a private outdoor pool and so much space inside. Having a spar on site for groceries was so convenient and we couldn’t fault the facilities. We had the breakfast buffet on our first morning and it was fantastic. We went to the club pool on one of the days which was lovely, and on the day we checked out we were able to use the solarium and pool, and have a shower in the gym afterwards. The bus stop to the airport is an easy 10 min walk, as are plenty of local restaurants which served great food and drinks in front of a beautiful sunset spot. I had a great foot massage and facial at the club spa - would highly recommend. Beautiful trees and fragrant jasmine bushes along the entrance into the resort. I know that some other guests wrote about the fact that there’s a factory / plant next to the resort but we really didn’t notice it. Our advice is don’t look at it. Simple! Overall, really amazing stay and we will likely come back, which for people who like to go somewhere different each time we go on holiday, is saying something!

The resort is situated away from the main tourist areas, meaning it is peaceful and very relaxing. We stayed in an ocean view room which was fantastic. The rooms are modern and worked well for us as a family of 4. The only slightly strange thing encountered was the single beds pushed together in each room rather than doubles. Any complaints about the old concrete plant next door are ridiculous, it is barely visible and certainly would not spoil your break. Restaurant options are limited on site, but this was not a problem for us. The ice cream shop in the Spar shop is worth a mention, great ice cream. The beach club was also a good place to spend some time and there are dining options available during the day, the food we ate there was good.
