They hold your deposit more than 20 days until you call two times or three to return it

The customer service is bad. They hold my deposit for more than 20 days and I call them many times they say all the System have problem we have to do manually

Very comfortable room.
Pros:

Very comfortable hotel, well located for access to the airport. Room was spacious and well appointed, though most of the USB ports were broken. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The air conditioner was not particularly effective, and a bit noisy.
