Ideal pre- and post- trip stay
Pros:

Welcoming staff, excellent and comfortable room, well-organized and equipped, ideal for a stay after and before a long trip. Will return. Didn't have a chance to try the breakfast but will next time.

Cons:

Appreciated the luggage caddy, but suggest they get a few more, as there is a wait for them to be returned.

Getting charged for rags dirty from washing your body
Pros:

The view was ok. The furniture was clean, but the shower was not very clean.

Cons:

I was charged $10 for two white rags. One rag had on a little makeup which is water based. The other rag was slightly dirty from washing the body. I had to pay $10 for getting two rags dirty. This is disgusting, getting charged for rags that as been used by many individuals.

Staff was friendly
Hotel was clean and rooms were nice

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit of a flop
There was no food at one point and took 30 min to get a refill of one tray and it was one at a time. Would hope for the staff and kitchen to be more prepared off of capacity and vacancy of the hotel and their guests to have food ready

Pros:

Breakfast was okay, pool only open til 10pm

Cons:

Drove in the day of a large storm, definitly not enough parking spaces and the one we did find we got stuck in since they didn't clear their lot. The staff was entirely unhelpful, just stared at me when I asked if they had a shovel. No offers to help or anything. Eventually they got me a shovel and stood at the windows watching myself and my sister dig our car out of the snow pit they call a parking lot.
