فريق العمل ودود، متعاون .
الافطار ممتاز، الاضاءه جيده..يوحد مطعم بالفندق اسعار الاطعمه معقوله.

Cons:

الموقع غير جيد ، يوجد ازعاج بصوره مستمره ليلا ونهارا لان الفندق يقع امامه حافلات تلى عدة مدن.. موقف السيارات سيئ، لا يوجد تلفون داخلي، للتواصل مع الاستقبال يجب استخدام تلفونك الخاص.

Great stay
Pros:

Very clean, the best staff that I had.
They had many available rooms, so I got the upgrade to the room with a bigger bed for free.

Absolutely would recommend!

Cons:

Just a little bit difficult to find the entrance.

It was excellent
Pros:

We were welcomed by wonderful staff who were happy to help us. Christine is an exceptional staff. She went far and beyond to make our night stress free. We felt really welcomed. The place was truly clean. The breakfast was scrumptious. We loved everything about the hotel. We are originally from Njoro and we did not expect that there would be a beautiful hotel like this one. This is where I want to stay every time I travel to Nakuru. Thank you for your services. I have told my other family about the hotel and they have promised to come and sleep there when they come to Nakuru. Once again thank you.

Cons:

Some of the problems are out of your control. This noise from the matatus early in the morning cannot be avoided.

Pros:

The place gives value for money. They exceeded expectations. The food was yummy and affordable. I will prefer the place anyday when I am in Nakuru and its environments. The staff were welcoming and understood their assignment. I was welcomed by Janet who gave a detailed information and briefing.

Cons:

The shower took long to heat up, please check on that.

Pros:

・スタッフがみんな親切で笑顔が素敵
・セキュリティがしっかりしてる
・朝ごはんがボリュームたっぷり
・熱々のホットシャワー
・コーヒー・紅茶のセットが部屋にある
・マタツ乗り場の近くでスーパーも近くに沢山ある

Cons:

・マタツ乗り場の横なので確かに騒音は気になるけど、窓から外の様子を夜遅くまで見れるのは楽しかった。
・６thフロアのWi-Fiは不安定でよく途切れた。（繋ぎ直せば使える）
