Biilig og bra sted med god service
Pros:

Veldig hyggelig og service minded personale. Rene og pene rom med god standard. Vannkoker med te og kaffe på alle rom

Cons:

Kjøkkenet holdt ikke helt mål. Brukte veldig lang tid på servering.

The bed - unbelievable, but they left the mattrasses in the plastic envelope in which they were bought! Each time one turns around in bed, it makes noise. Yet: as I called the reception and asked to remove it, they came immediately and solved the problem. I believe that after my departure, the plastic envelope came back ..

Overall, I enjoyed my stay there.
Pros:

Staff members, especially a gentleman called Daniel, were very friendly and professional. The rooms were clean, neat and very nice. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The hotel is right in the middle of town, and that can be a downside for someone looking for serenity. But that is a plus for someone using public transport since the hotel is right by the matatu stage.

Pros:

Very friendly service orientated staff. Situated right at the edge of the CBD of Nakuru. Very secure.
Clean room, excellent rich breakfast. Good value for the money.

Cons:

Rooms with a view to the street are very noisy. One has to choose a room to the back side.
Going out ends in the sprawling streets with some people behaving sometimes not entirely friendly to wazungu.
