Amazing staff
Pros:

The staff was exceptional they were beyond measure.

Cons:

The location is right where the bus station is. You hear everything so the hotel recommends the next time I stay to get an interior room.

During my stay at this hotel in Kenya, I greatly appreciated the staff’s helpfulness, kindness, and sensitivity. A special thank you goes to Christine, who was always attentive, kind, and ready to accommodate my requests with great professionalism and human warmth.

I felt genuinely welcomed, and this made my stay very pleasant.

The hotel is in a truly strategic location, right in the city centre: a very convenient base for getting around and easily reaching different points of interest.

Cons:

Of course, this central location also comes with a few disadvantages: from my room, I could hear noise from the street, traffic, cars, and horns from the early morning until late in the evening. There are probably quieter rooms, less exposed to the street noise.

Pros:

The warmth of the staff in ensuring that we were comfortable.
The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious.

Veldig hyggelig og service minded personale. Rene og pene rom med god standard. Vannkoker med te og kaffe på alle rom
