Nice Hotel if you want to be amongst the Anime scene.
Pros:

Room was spacious for 4 adults. Clean and well equipped. Location was okay if you like to be in amongst the anime area.(we found it daunting). Staff were attentive.

Cons:

Felt alittle unsafe at night. Could hear the road noise.

コスパよく大人数向け！
Pros:

部屋が広く、洗濯機に洗剤もついている。ファミリーや友達と大人数で泊まる方には値段もお得で大満足です。通天閣からも近く観光にもいい。食事はつかないけど、周りには飲食店が多いし早朝から営業しているお店も多いので食事には困らない。

Un super hôtel dans un chouette quartier animé !
Pros:

L'hôtel et les chambres était tres sympa !
Le personnel tres agréable et à l'écoute.
L'hôtel est proche de kombinis et de différents sites d'intérêts.

Pros:

Nice space. Clean, with plenty of room to spread out for big groups. There were 11 of us split into two rooms and it was perfect. The hotel is close to a lot of shops, cafes, and tons of convenience stores on nearly every block, which made daytime or nighttime exploring very fun. You could basically walk your way to Dotonbori from the hotel if you were up for it (20 min on foot). Staff knew basic English and made the check-in process very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay with larger than normal room size. Family stay made possible in 1 room.
Pros:

Very huge space, conducive location for family with elder and children.
Hotel is part of the luggage delivery in Osaka area. It helps a lot when travelling around Kansai area.

Cons:

Adult stuff materials are around the corner along the same street. May be sensitive to some.

Pros:

El tamaño de la habtación. Es un departamento grande. Las habitaciones daban a la calle y había un balcón corrido. Excelente.
Si bien el hotel no está ubicado en una zona particularmente atractiva, está cerca de prácticamente todo lo que queríamos visitar en Osaka. Fuimos caminando a muchos de esos sitios.

Cons:

La calle sobre la que está ubicado el hotel no es linda. Es una avenida comercial con negocios no muy atractivos a la altura de donde está.
No me gustó tanto que no hubiera gente en la recepción todo el tiempo (aunque eso es propio del tipo de hotel).
El estar de la habitación era muy oscuro: tenía dos ventanas que daban a una pared a menos de 1 metro de distancia..
