Pros:

Well maintained property. I could be in the breakfast area at 5am reading and getting ready for the day and it was peaceful, clean and appropriately lighted. Great homebase for touring nearby waterfalls and parks or the Brevard historic district.

Pros:

The room was nice, the area great, but there was two ladies working and while I was checking in they started to bicker/fight right in front of me. It was very uncomfortable. Overall it was was a good stay just the beginning was a little awkward.

Pros:

Holiday Inn charged me different rates for the two days that I had booked through Expedia. The desk staff couldn't explain why. Disappointing indeed. I will contact Expedia.

I like everything about the hotel, but using the address of “old Hendersonville Road” makes the hotel hard to find. The Big outdoor hotel sign is on the opposite side. There’s a very tiny sign on the Hendersonville Road with the name of the hotel.

Exceptional reasonable price hotel.
Pros:

Had a wonderful visit to Brevard. The Holiday Inn had a wonderful feel to it. Staff was helpful and nice. Bed was comfortable. Room stayed nice and cool. Entire room including bathroom was exceptionally clean. Will definitely stay again next time I visit the beautiful town of Brevard.
