Cons:

Front desk staff was rude when we checked in. My sister walked into the lobby while I was getting my suitcase from the car. The young girl at the desk told her she had to wait outside until the person on the reservation checked in. She explained that I was right behind her. They said she still had to go back out.
I went down for breakfast about 15 minutes before it closed. Most items had run out, so I asked if they were going to put out more food, they said no because they were closing in 15 minutes and just walked away.
When I checked out I stopped at the front desk and told them my concerns. They didn’t seem concerned at all. Only one of the four employees we spoke with was professional.

Overall, it was a very nice stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good, but needed to be refreshed with more omelets which were being served that day. We didn’t eat until 10 o’clock, and I noticed that it closed promptly at 10:30, so this may have been the reason for the shortage of food items.

Cons:

I asked for the sofa bed to be made with sheets, blanket or comforter and 2 pillows, but it was not. There were some linens in a bag in the room closet, but I believe that those were extra linens for the king bed.

I would stay at this same Holiday Inn but ask for a top floor in the future.
Pros:

Good selection @ breakfast but coffee was so-so. Room was clean and a/c worked well with no 'restrictions' on temperature. Lots of hot water. Liked location and staff very helpful. Would visit again.

Cons:

Coffee was so-so. Guests above us - typically I ask for top floor to avoid this...but this was a last minute reservation. The breakfast selection was good, but food was cold. The coffee was not very good.

Clean room, friendly staff, great location and breakfast! Parking was an issue.
Pros:

Great location and awesome staff!

Cons:

Asphalt workers staying in the hotel monopolized a majority of the parking with large trucks and paving equipment. This made finding a spot impossible after 8pm.

Cons:

The pool opened 30 minutes late on Sunday and my kids were bummed out about it. We were also out of towels at the pool on Saturday night.
