No one at reception.

Cons:

Booked via booking but no one at reception at 21:00. Couldn't refund or enter. Needed to go to a hotel next door. Still waiting for my refund.

Müsste geschlossen werden!

Trotz frühzeitiger Buchung wollte man uns andere Zimmer anbieten. Aus zwei Doppelzimmer sollten wir auf ein Einzelzimmer und ein Dreibettzimmer wechseln. Frühstück wurde verneint, würden Sie nicht anbieten. Das Zimmer ein wahres Dreckloch! Löcher von Bettlampen, die es scheinbar mal gab, waren überall. Alles verschrammt. Ablagen abgebrochen. Das Bad massiv verdreckt. Die Wanne kann man garnicht beschreiben. Klodeckel verfärbt. Waschbecken undicht. Nachts ein Lärm wie im Puff. Die Seitentür, inkl. Komplett defekter Klinke (Achtung, Verletzungsgefahr) ein absoluter Zustand. Sorry, aber der Laden gehört geschlossen.

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung bei der Buchung eines 3-Sterne-Hotels in Deutschland nicht erwartet

Ich hatte kein warmes Wasser und keine Heizung. Die Zentralheizung wurde am Tag meiner Abreise aus dem Hotel repariert (dank meiner Beschwerde an booking.com). Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt. Es gab kein Reinigungspersonal. Mein Zimmer befand sich im ersten Stock, wo es kein Licht gab. Ich musste das Licht meines Handys einschalten, um den Schlüssel richtig ins Türschloss zu stecken. Der Parkplatz war zunächst eine Ablage für Müll und mehrere Autos ohne Kennzeichen. Das Badezimmer hatte (außer Toilettenpapier) keine weiteren Produkte - zumindest eine Seife und etwas Duschgel, die ohne warmes Wasser nicht brauchbar gewesen wären. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass das Alfa Hotel den 3-Sterne-Standard nicht einhält.

It was very dirty, the curtains were dirty and falling apart.
The bedding were ironed.
The reception was very cold.
Honestly, this hotel needs to improve its hygiene and quality for it to continue on booking.com.
Otherwise, i was very disappointed.

Hotel Alfa ist kein Hotel sondern eine Absteige, die nicht dem Niveau von Booking.com entspricht. Bitte unbedingt aus der Hotelliste entfernen.
Nichtraucherzimmer mit entfernten Rauchmeldern, es wird geraucht. Kein heißes Wasser am Handwaschbecken und Dusche. Wasseraustritt aus Siphon des Handwaschbeckens oder der Toilette. Toilettenpapierhalter abgerissen. Wanne verfärbt, kein Duschvorhang. Kein Duschvorleger. Handtücher ausgefranst. Vorhang im Zimmer halb heruntergerissen, ein Teil fehlt. Brandloch im Laken. Rollladen unbedienbar, da die Gurtrolle abgerissen ist. Im Treppenhaus riesige Flecken auf dem Boden.
