According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

Muitas famílias a passeio se hospedam no hotel. A equipe é extremamente atenciosa. Quarto super limpo e silencioso. Pretendo repetir a estadia.
Bem localizado.
Boas acomodações, roupas de cama e banho em perfeitas condições. Limpeza do quarto ótima. O ar-condicionado quente foi providencial para o frio de 3° que estava na cidade.

A localização é muito boa. Podendo visitar alguns pontos turísticos a pé. Café da manhã bem servido e farto. As copeiras muito atentas e rápidas. A recepção do hotel muito ágil e simpática..Voltando a cidade ficaria no mesmo hotel.
Algumas coisas pequenas que podem ser melhoradas . O quarto que fiquei, precisava melhorar o banheiro. Com uma papeleira melhor e colocar uma ducha higienica.
Como fiquei no 1° andar , o som ambiente pela manhã estava um pouco alto e não adequado para uma recepção. Deveria ser mais no estilo lounge.
