No hot water.
Pros:

Everything was great except there was no hot water.

Cons:

No hot water. We rented two rooms because we needed showers for rodeo prom. They didn’t tell us when we checked in that there was no hot water and that they’d been having issues all week. They said they’d had several plumbers there. One worker said they were leaving the water running in the rooms that didn’t have guests to get the water to heat up. My husband told them that this would never work and would only allow cold water. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund or something due yo not being able to take a shower either day. She said they couldn’t do anything because it was through booking.com. They should tell people before they check in. Jasmine the GM was sweet though.

other than hot water it was good.

All in all a good place to stay. We stayed here last time we were in Lebanon too.

Double Charges...
Pros:

The room, staff and everything about the place was amazing.

Cons:

The problem is I paid through booking.com for my stay. When I arrived at Candlewood they requested a card for $35 insurance hold. I used a second debit card for this transaction, today they took the amount of the stay off of both cards so I paid double. Oh it may be back on there in 3-4 business days.

On 12/6 The night shift person had a police officer knock on our door at 11pm because of a noise complaint saying “kids were running the hallways without a parent.” I have one toddler who was asleep and woke up because the knock made the dog bark and when I went to ask the front desk why would they come to my room. She was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. Not sure why the police needed to come to my room or why my room was the source... I would not recommend this hotel. The pool water was also gross and dirty. I’n the room they didn’t have any shampoo in the container and ALL the dishes were in the dishwasher.. Not sure if it’s my job to unload someone else’s dishes but it should NOT be. Carpets had stains. Very expensive compared to other local suites for the quality and experience. Do NOT recommend.
