Staff was nice and friendly, but if there aren’t people to make a bed I’m never coming back.
Pros:

Location was fairly quiet and outside of the city. 15 minutes from where we wanted to be.

Cons:

I asked for sheets on the bed to be changed in the next 6 hours before we would be returning. When I got back after 3 hours (came home to change due to rain) the bed was still a mess. Left again as I had asked for the bed to be changed over the next 6 hours. When we got back to the room at the end of the 6 hours, the bed was still not remade with fresh linens as asked. We then walked down to the front desk to which I was told the only employee there did not have time to go to our room and I was handed my own sheets to remake the bed. Paying for a hotel— part of the service I’m paying for is clean sheets and a bed to be made when requested. I was so irritated having to remake my own bed now at 11:30pm. This should have been handled by staff not the paying customers. Especially when I requested for it to be done in 6 hours. That’s plenty of time.

The staff was very helpful. The coffee twenty four hours, the amenities that were with the hotel

Cons:

I felt that the bed was a little bit hard. It was not comfortable to sleep on. I actually slept in the recliner, that was in the room, and it was more comfortable.

Perfect from check in until check out !!!
Pros:

I liked everything the room was perfect the staff was awesome you could not ask for better from check in to check out.

Cons:

When I had to check out and go home . Can not wait to get back to Lebanon and check into this hotel again .
