As our flight had been cancelled at the last minute at 7.00pm at night this was the only hotel we could find available near JFK airport. The room was very expensive so expected at least a 4 to 5 star hotel, it was far from it. The floor covering was very basic linoleum and near the door in the room it was damaged and peeling, the rest of the room was very basic but clean. There was no restaurant on site other than for breakfast and no other facilities. The receptionist had very little English and was not welcoming or helpful. The location was dreadful with a lot of people hanging around the streets. I would not stay here again.

Breakfast was nice. Kuerig was nice. It had a room open.
The online site seemed to suggest there would be a shuttle to the airport. I had to Uber it because there were not any shuttles.
The facilities were excellent and the location was within walking distance to the event I was attending.
There were a couple of things that were I was not satisfied with: 1) there was a coffee maker in the room but there was no regular coffee - they only had decaf coffee and tea; 2) I did not want my room serviced by housekeeping but I asked the attendant for clean towels because my towels were wet - she told me I could not have clean towels and she did not provide them. I went downstairs to the desk and there was no one present. I waited for a while, and no one ever showed up. 3) On the day we checked out as I was waiting for the desk clerk, he was riding up and down the sidewalk on a scooter. When he did come inside he just took my key and did not provide or offer a receipt.
Quiet, close to the airport.
The staff were super friendly, super efficient and helpful. I had to come here due to a canceled Delta flight last minute all fairness I would’ve not chosen this hotel if I didn’t have options, it was not the cleanest (hairs in the tub ) and not the best location, but the bed was comfortable in the front desk staff was great.

Stayed at the hotel due to a thunderstorm and all flights were canceled. All close by hotels were booked up Charging $560 for one night for a barely decent hotel seems excessive and wrong!
