The staff the room and the food

What I like about it was the staff was very nice The location was great location The room was nice and fresh the bed was very comfortable and they had a lot of pillows because I have to lay on a lot of pillows so that really helped me a lot

Cons:

Area seemed dangerous. A guy clearly suffering from mental health issues walked into the lobby and verbally assaulted me. There was no cop, staff or method of protection in sight to help. The check in person took like 10 mins to get there. There should be at least 2 people working at the counter.

It was AMAZING!!
Pros:

I loved the location and the quickness of check in… Gary was amazing… he greeted me with a smile and had me checked in within 5 min…he then gave me a nice treat for being an IHG member… I went upstairs and I was in a corner room facing the city which was great… Gary had an amazing smile that lights up the room, he makes you feel welcome, and at home away from home💜

Cons:

Nothing that I disliked…I would most definitely stay better again when I visit
