It was not too bad, until a rude staff spoilt the entire stay
Pros:

There were a few things i actually liked, but that 1 staff at checkout just spoilt everything for us.

Cons:

We checked out early as we had to catch a flight. The staff that handled the checkout was UTTERLY RUDE. In so many years that we travel to Japan, we have never experience such rude behaviour and especially in the hospitality line. All we did was check out. WE did not have any requests with the hotel. All arrangements were made on our own, but to be so rude just because of an invoice is seriously unbecoming of this hotels reputation.

Schönes Hotel zu vernünftigem Preis, aber weit außerhalb.
Pros:

Das Hotel war toll, das Zimmer schön groß und ein Onsen für Gäste.

Cons:

Es liegt wirklich weit außerhalb und der Shuttlebus verkehrt nur zu Kernzeiten.

很棒的旅遊，適合帶親子去海之中道附近的住宿地點
Pros:

床很舒適，兩個29寸行李箱可以打開，溫泉的部分也很不錯，咖啡很好喝，地點離海之中道不遠, 旁邊附近有7-11，也有很多小餐廳可以選擇

隔音較差，走路較會影響別人

차를 가지고 왔다갔다하면 10층까지 굳이 올라가서 주차권을 쳬크해야 되는건 불편하네요. 일일 주차권이 있으면 좋겠네요

一つを除けば完璧だった宿泊施設

25日21時30分頃、フロントで勤務していた黒髪のスタッフが理解できないが怒っているような口調と印象で対応してくださり、気分が良くありませんでした。 ホテルに対する良い印象がその一人のせいで悪くなりました。

絶対また泊まりたいお宿！
Pros:

立地やお部屋の設備、レンタルサービスが素敵でした。赤ちゃん用の哺乳瓶洗浄するスチーマーも借りられました。

Cons:

連休前ということもありお値段が高めでしたが、お値段以上のサービスでした！
