Very good place to stay
Pros:

Room was simple but very clean and comfortable. Sound proofing was incredible - planes go over really low as they go into the airport. Can't hear them at all in the bedroom. Food at hotel is excellent. Definitely get the buffet breakfast.

Cons:

Do consider that it is quite a long way out from the tourist attractions and centre of Changi. I should have considered this more when booking. Excellent for the airport though.

Our room was for 4 people. Two small double beds so was cosy for us all.

Pros:

Pool was lovely.
Lots of open space with the golf course/nice view of the pool.
Close to the airport (10 minutes in a taxi) and my 3 year old loved watching the planes flying over.
The staff on concierge & reception were friendly and happy to help with booking the shuttle bus, taxis, directions, advice on attractions etc

Cons:

We stayed just before Halloween and staff were giving my 3 year old candy at breakfast time. It caused him to be very upset when I took it off him. In our culture, handing candy to children is not allowed as some children have allergies, parents don’t let children have candy at all or certain times of the day (e.g. at breakfast or just before bed due to the sugar). You should always check with the parent first. I understand the staff member was trying to be friendly however would appreciate you please training your staff on this and understanding other cultures view.
Also, with the credit card holding deposit I was advised it may take up to 30 days for this to be returned. It was positioned as a “depending on your bank processing times” however this should be a seamless and efficient process with the money returned within 24 hours of departure .

Loin du centre ville bien pour une nuit pour se reposer d une escale atterrissage devant les transats de la piscine un avion toute les deux minutes qlq qui a le sommeil léger on entend les avions toutes la nuits

Super fũr Stopover in Flughafennähe
Pros:

Der Pool ist riesig und war kaum besucht. Der Flughafen Changi ist sehr nah. Das Hotel ist also super geeignet fũr ein Stopover oder vor dem Abflug aus SIN.
