Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore

This is my 3rd time spending with my family here. And finally they have bidet. Thank you so much for taking our feedback seriously. You guys are awesome.

My wife and I recently celebrated one of the most important milestones of our lives at Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore, where we hosted both our wedding lunch and dinner at Greenhouse Restaurant and stayed at the hotel during the celebration.

From the very beginning, the entire Greenhouse team was exceptional. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but the team made the whole process smooth, enjoyable, and worry-free. A special thank you goes to Eric, the Restaurant Manager, and Neil, who went above and beyond in supporting us throughout the planning process and on the actual day itself. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to accommodate our requests gave us great confidence that everything was in good hands.

The service provided by the restaurant team was impeccable. Every member of the staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about ensuring that both we and our guests had a wonderful experience. The food was equally impressive and received many compliments from our family and friends. The quality, presentation, and taste exceeded our expectations.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to the hotel team. The duty managers and crew members were warm, welcoming, and consistently helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel truly at home during such a special occasion.

What impressed us most was that the excellent service extended beyond just ourselves. Many of our guests who stayed at the hotel also shared how impressed they were with the friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness of the staff. It is not easy to deliver such a consistently high level of service across both the hotel and restaurant operations, but the team at Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore certainly did.

Thank you to everyone who played a part in making our wedding celebration such a memorable and meaningful experience. We are deeply grateful and would not hesitate to recommend Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore and Greenhouse Restaurant to anyone looking for an exceptional venue, outstanding hospitality, and a team that genuinely cares.

We really enjoy the short staycation at the hotel with peaceful atmosphere. Room services are good and fast-responsed. Much appreciated to the helps from the front desks, especially Preeya. We had our foods at the Greenhouse (lunch and dinner) are delicious (see attached photos) and well-served by Miki and Neil. It is a nice place for relaxing.

Irfan provided exceptional service upon arriving at the hotel. He was very welcoming and hospitable. The hotel itself is very clean and beautiful - I love all the greenery. Food at the greenhouse restaurant was great, we had dinner there and thoroughly enjoyed it. Would highly recommend

Beautiful room, separate shower and toilet facilities within the bathroom. The bed was luxurious, soft pillows and lovely doona.
The staff were very helpful and quick. Lovely landscaped pool.

Convenient to airport

We stayed for 2 nights and were upgraded to an Executive Pool View room, which we appreciated. However, our experience was affected by a couple of issues.

Firstly, the air-conditioning in the room was not cold, making the room extremely stuffy and uncomfortable during the day. We contacted the hotel for assistance, and while the team did try to fix the issue, unfortunately it remained unresolved throughout our stay. We even had to use our own portable fan from the car just to make the room bearable.

Secondly, and more concerning, is the security deposit. It has been more than two weeks since we checked out, yet the SGD 300 security deposit is still being held on my credit card. I have already contacted the hotel and followed up with the reservations team via email. I also contacted HSBC directly, and they confirmed that the hold remains active from the merchant's side.

This is the first time I have experienced such a lengthy delay in the release of a hotel security deposit. I can only imagine how inconvenient this would be for foreign travellers who rely on their available credit while travelling.

While the hotel has a pleasant environment and the staff were generally helpful, the unresolved air-conditioning issue and the prolonged security deposit hold have left me disappointed with the overall experience. These are basic expectations that should be properly addressed, especially for a hotel of this standard.

Very good hotel, rooms are comfortable and spacious. Warm welcome. We could get our room upon our arrival after a 12 hours flight from Europe. It was very appreciated. Thanks to Zulfadli and as well Irfan for their kindness.

The only negative point would be the hotel is not in the city center but they have free shuttles to join down town

From the moment we arrived, Mr. Arif was warm, professional, and attentive, making our check-in experience smooth and welcoming. What truly made our stay memorable was the thoughtful birthday surprise he arranged for my wife. He went the extra mile by providing a beautiful cake for her birthday, which was a wonderful gesture that we genuinely appreciated.
