Pros:

It was a wonderful hotel with very kind staff. Everything was clean en the pool was very relaxing with a comfortable temperature. The beds and pillows were comfortable too.

Cons:

We needed a taxi, and although the staff tries to help us they eventually just adviced us to download an app and arrange it ourselves.

Great for layover or if you wanna chill at the pool
Pros:

Beautiful new hotel. Rooms were big, modern and clean. Beds were big and comfortable. Breakfast is big and with many different options in beautiful restaurant area. Pool is great and huge.

Cons:

There is not much of a view. Its far from center, better for layover if you fly soon. There is construction nearby, but we didnt hear any noise.

Overall, we left feeling genuinely disappointed.
Pros:

The room and the pool met 5-star expectations.

Cons:

We booked five rooms and arrived in the morning after our cruise. Unfortunately, not a single room was available for early check-in, which we found to be quite inflexible.
We specifically chose this hotel because it advertises an airport shuttle service. The first shuttle only departs at 10:00 a.m., and after that it runs every two hours throughout the day. Since our flight was at 8:00 a.m., no shuttle was available for us, making this service of no use in our case.
Another disappointing experience was that all of our room key cards were deactivated early in the morning before we had officially checked out. As a result, we were unable to access our rooms before leaving. The staff told us this had happened by mistake, but we have never experienced anything like this at any hotel before.
In addition, one of the rooms did not even have an iron.

Relativement confortable mais assez impersonnel. La piscine est incroyable!

Cons:

Le buffet qui n’est plus achalandé dès 9:45. Les produits retirés à 10:00 pile. Pour un cinq étoiles on aimerait prendre son temps. Le lieu est loin de tout, en face d’un golf certes mais à côté d’une friche industrielle en travaux. Rien dans le mini bar… assez décevant pour le prix.

A lovely, luxurious way to start our holiday. I felt like a celebrity!
Pros:

This is a luxury golfing hotel, very stylish and elegant and I felt quite spoiled by all the beauty of it.
Our plane landed early in the morning and the staff were very helpful when we arrived at the hotel at 8am. For a small fee they were able to upgrade us to a better room that was instantly available.
The hotel itself is beautiful with lovely huge pools. The room was spacious, elegant and had views over the swimming pools through the floor to ceiling windows. The king bed was crisply comfortable. The bathroom - well, it was just gorgeous, with every toiletry product you can imagine presented in a double drawer box on the bench.
The main restaurant is reminiscent of the Gardens by the Bay, with a curved glass and steel wall overlooking the golf courses. The meals were delicious and beautifully presented, and not exorbitant. There are three other smaller, bistro type eateries that we didn't use.
All the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though it was only for one night.

Cons:

The hotel does provide a free shuttle from and to the airport and also into town. However, it only runs between 10.30am and 4.30pm. I would have expected a 24 hour shuttle service to the airport at least, for such a high class hotel. So we had to use taxis for our airport connections. The cost was approximately SGD 22 each way, not overly expensive for a 15-20 minute drive, and the hotel was happy to organise the one to the airport to be on time.

Great hotel for a stop over with a toddler
Pros:

The pools were perfect for our 14 month old and the gym was perfect for us adults.
We stayed one full night and checked out the following evening wishing we could stay longer. We didn’t leave the property our entire stay as everything we needed for our stop over was provided
