Excellent way to finish our 4 weeks overseas trip. That extra level of luxury and great food
Pros:

We didn’t have breakfast as we slept in. We did however have the seafood buffet on both Friday and Saturday nights. Amazing spread of food from different countries. By far best value for adults over Al a carte. Pricey for children under 12 however.
Rooms very spacious. Reception and other areas always smelt lovely. We took the free shuttle bus into jewel, did our required shopping and returned back to hotel.

Cons:

I enjoyed our stay.

Great place for a bit of luxury.
Pros:

The friendly staff , the cleanliness, the amazing breakfast , the swimming pool is also amazing

Only been here twice. This is one of my favorite hotels in all my travels. 10/10 will come back!
Pros:

The trees and the pool. Lush greenery bc it shares a space with a golf club

Cons:

The body lotion was empty and no dental kit, very minor details really and they were able to provide it in a few minutes after I requested them.

Beautiful premices next to a golf court with modern rooms.Excellent breakfast buffet.Overall luxurius.

Cons:

The breakfast ends at 9:30am!Huge construction site in front of the hotel.it's not noisy, just a not a nice sight when you get to the hotel.Needs a little bit of maintenance.

Very relaxing after a long flight.
Pros:

We could early check in, after a long flight from Europe we were really grateful. The Breakfast was really marvelous, they had for any taste something to eat and drink, and the setting of the restaurant is really beautiful.

Cons:

Cumbersome to reach, you need taxi as there is not (yet) a MRT nearby.

Pros:

The location is sort of near the airport but on some sort of industrial like site with building works all around and a horrible view of some very ugly building or car park from the front facing bedrooms. It was $20 to get to the hotel from the airport but $25 to get all the way into central Singapore so there is not much saving to be had from staying there. We ended up spending a lot on taxis back and forth because there is little to do at the hotel. There is a shuttle but it takes ages and the last drop is 5pm which is weirdly early. The hotel was clean and the swimming pool is nice, the gym is decent too but broadly the hotel has no atmosphere or feeling to it and is bland. The staff were not very helpful and not particularly friendly. The food is very expensive and not great, barely anything for vegetarians or vegans. The room was small - it was clean but nothing special about it and not much different to say a Premier Inn UK. I would not stay here again and felt they lacked customer service.

Cons:

Poor customer service, no atmosphere or welcome, clinical, small rooms and everything involved a charge of some sort so do not get tricked into thinking it is well priced.
