Had high expectations going into this stay, and I have to say they certainly did not disappoint. We arrived to a bustling lobby due to the long weekend crowd and were assisted by Chester.
Despite the rush, Chester remained cheerful, calm, and positive throughout, even while assisting what I assumed was a new team member at the same time. He noticed that my son was staying with us and proactively offered an extra bed to make our stay more comfortable, even without us requesting it.
What truly stood out was his consistency, every time we passed through the lobby, he would either greet us warmly or wave from the counter and checking on our stay. His recommendations on how to spend our stay were also thoughtful and tailored, even taking my 7-year-old son into consideration.
It was genuinely a pleasure being assisted by him, and this experience is definitely one that will bring us back again.

It’s located outside of the city. Perfect for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of downtown.
Loved the pool. It was perfect fit both swimmers and non swimmers. We also loved watching the planes from the poolside.
Breakfast was extremely bad. Very bad choice of foods.
Great stay at Dusit Laguna! The best buffet breakfast with lots of selection and excellent quality, stunning rooms with all amenities. We didn't get time to get to the pool but it looked amazing.
The free shuttle service has limited times. We ended up getting a taxi both ways
Lovely hotel, good facilities and very helpful friendly staff
It was surrounded by construction/development which was not very attractive but didn’t disrupt our stay. We only stayed 1 night as we needed to be near the airport and ferry port. Was perfect for that. Not ideal for visiting as a tourist for a longer period at the moment.
