The staff were not only so friendly but knowledgeable and helpful. Special mention to the porters/butler team and the front desk staff.
The hotel itself and it's facilities are one of the best I have had the privilege of staying in, also one of the best in Singapore as we stayed in several other hotels. It's proximity to the airport is a great bonus, the pool area with little private areas for all the guests were a wonderful surprise. I loved everything about this hotel.
Nothing we didn't like.
I booked this hotel last minute due to an overnight layover at Changi — I arrived within roughly half an hour of booking, and was so pleased with my stay. The hotel was quiet and spacious. The staff were extremely efficient with booking my transfer back to Changi and helping me with all my luggage.
This is an oasis of calm in close proximity to the airport, and would highly encourage non golfers to consider it if seeking a relaxing stay to recharge. The beds were extremely comfortable and the massage provided by Dervana Wellness was wonderful! The food was also very delicious.
If you are looking for a base to explore Singapore from, I wouldn’t suggest staying here as it could get quite expensive.
The atmosphere
The staffs who work at the swimming pool bar…doesn’t like Dusit Thani service and standard but understand why she acted like that…but the hotel must train for standard of services and implement for all staffs and also keep monitoring.By the way, most of the staffs were very good.
Wow this place was great! Definitely exceeded our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the facilities are wonderful, especially for kids. There are multiple pools which are very nice, it's on a golf course, so beautiful scenery and very relaxing place. The food was good, and the breakfast was even better!

The breakfast buffet overlooking golf course was phenomenal! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My room was exceptional. I only stayed for a day from 1am to 6pm (paid for extension from 12pm to 6pm due to flight being 2.30am) and therefore didn't have opportunity to use pool or have dinner but I did enjoy a complimentary drink (provided due to my extended stay) and Caesar salad at the Tee Bar. Delicious! Very relaxing atmosphere apart from planes flying over but this is to be expected due to location very close to airport which is why I was staying due to a very long layover!
Arrived from the airport at 1am via taxi. As a lone female traveller, I felt very unsettled to be driven along narrow roads and what appeared to be half built buildings with hoarding along the perimeters of the building sites that I was driven past. Hotel not well lit on approach. I had anticipated lush green tropical landscaped gardens but this was not the case on our approach. My hotel room overlooked the same as above. However, I assume that if I'd been In a room on the opposite side of the hotel, the views would have been stunning due to views across the golf course! There was nothing in the hotel website to warn of construction across from the hotel. Saying that, it could not be heard from the room as the rooms were well soundproofed. Just wasn't nice to arrive at night in the way I've mentioned without having expected this.
I check in the hotel on my birthday and it turned out to be a perfect stay. Chester, who assisted with my check in, went far above and beyond to make the experience truly special by arranging thoughtful touches without me even having to ask. He made me feel genuinely cared for and celebrated on my special day. Every staff member I encountered was welcoming and attentive, adding to the overall exceptional experience. I would absolutely love to return for another stay in the future.
