Chất lượng phòng kém, trang thiết bị có nhiều thứ hư hỏng như tivi kết nối wifi chập chờn, máy lạnh không mát, rất nóng, vòi lavabo bị rớt ra ngoài, gd mình có em bé nhỏ mà trưa ngủ thì k.s cho thợ khoan sửa phòng bên dưới tầng, rất ồn ảnh hưởng giấc ngủ của bé và gd. K.s ko dọn phòng theo lịch tiêu chuẩn như những k.s khác. Hỏi nhân viên thì bạn nói khi nào khách cần thì báo bạn mới lên dọn. Đối với mình là một trải nghiệm tệ khi nghỉ ngơi tại k.s Amora.
