Cant sleep cause of extremely dirty heating machine odor

Location, amenities, staff

Cons:

1. No clear communication about shuffle - I have emailed several times and no answer. After I asked my friend to call them and got details.
2. Odor in the room - the heating machine is sooo dirty we just had to turn it off in the -16c=3,2 °F. My child was coughing when it was turned on and I just could not breathe.
3. Breakfast- it is just ok.

Decent facility, nice staff, but beds are hard and uncomfortable inside
Pros:

The staff was nice and courteous. The interior was clean and neat with nice amenities... Although very hot inside

Cons:

The interior of the hotel was 85° inside the entire time. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. I was charged $12/day for parking when there were no spots for me to park so I had to park at Taco bell or the gas station more than in your lot. The fridge in the room did not work.

If you're staying overnight and need to be near the airport i highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Clean. Good breakfast area. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Not really a bad location but i wish it was a little closer to the airport.

Glad we were only there for a few hours.
Pros:

Close to the airport.

Cons:

First room we were given, the bathroom door was stuck wide open. The bottom of the door would not clear the floor to close.
Second room smelled musty, like the linens needed cleaning. The shower floor was dirty like it needed a deep scrubbing.
The floors were laminate and I could hear every step in the room above us.
The outlets were either very hard to plug into or felt like the cords would slip out.

Pros:

The staff were excellent, pool was warm and refreshing, room was very clean and quiet, and the breakfast room inviting with a good selection. Paid parking for our car during our vacation excellent as well.

Pros:

Close to DIA. Had coffee/ hot chocolate 24 hrs/ day. Had fruit and muffins for people who are leaving early AM (4 am).

Cons:

We had a lightbulb out in the room.

Disappointing - I will not stay here again because I expect a clean room, no matter the cost.

Close to airport, easy check in and out.

Cons:

The bathroom was very dirty by my standards. I should have asked for a different room or asked someone to clean the bathroom. There was hair all over the floor, as well as spots of pink glitter. There was hair on the shower walls. I trusted the good reviews. Very disappointing.
