Pros:

Heel mooi en modern appartement. Deze leek net gerenoveerd. De badkamer was helemaal super mooi.
Wij hebben er geen gebruik van gemaakt maar de keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien.
De eigenaar was goed benaderbaar, op tijd en heeft een probleem(pje) snel en adequaat opgelost.
De ligging is ook prima. Vlakbij een supermarkt en restaurants. Strand is een klein stukje lopen.

В объявлении была упомянута общая кухня , но по факту ее не оказалось и даже электро чайника в номере не было !!!В номере было сыро и холодно , кондиционер не работал на обогрев , самостоятельно нашли на рисепшене обогреватель.Будьте предусмотритнльны в январе бывает холодно , узнайте заранее об обогреве и сделайте акцент!

Cons:

La recepción es por teléfono y sin ningún tipo de verificación, las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear debido al mal estado de ellas. El cuarto de baño estaba en pésimas condiciones incluso la bañera pintada y llena de pelos. Aparte la ventana no tiene persiana y entraba toda la claridad.
