Breakfast buffet was great. Staff were pleasant and helpful
Just a suggestion. A freezer in the fridge would be helpful to keep ice packs frozen to take food and in our case insulin home in the cooler.
The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to please and satisfy. From the moment we walked in, the desk staff, restaurant staff, and hosts were amazing! They put our bikes in a locker for us, brought us extra towels when we needed them, and the host in the restaurant/lounge was super sweet and fun to talk to. My 13-year-old daughter was enjoying the conversation too!
Very clean and well looked after. Most of the staff were very pleasant
A couple of staff members at the breakfast buffet were kind of miserable as if they didn't want to be there.
One in particular seemed astonished when I asked about brown sauce for my food.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast much better than most hotel breakfasts
The bath towels are old and too small. The too small was more of an issue, they are smaller than a store bought bath towel.

Bathroom tub had previous guest’s hair all over it. Was clearly not cleaned thoroughly. Expensive for the room and location.
The hotel was clean, room was large, breakfast was grdat!
They didn’t come to clean our room until 4pm and we were back by then getting ready for dinner.

Excellent location, very close to Southampton and not far from Tobermory, a great base for Bruce peninsula exploration. Clean and new facility. Live the free breakfast and parking

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time at this hotel. The atmosphere was relaxing, comfortable, and luxurious from the moment we arrived.
One of my favorite things was the lobby. It was very spacious, with a great variety of comfortable seating areas, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere.
The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the rooms were spotless. The beds were very comfortable, the food was delicious, and the location was excellent and convenient.
The only downside was the price, which we felt was a little higher than expected. Other than that, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We would be happy to stay here again.
