Pros:

Всё было замечательно - на ресепшене очень приветливо нас встретили, оказывали помощь во всем. Завтраки были вкусные... Огромная благодарность всему персоналу отеля. Номера немного требуют ремонта, но очень уютные. Нам хочется вернуться в этот отель снова. Наша оценка - 10 из 10.

Персонал був дуже ввічливий. Дуже зручне розташування. Ціна відповідає якості. Якщо будемо в Стамбулі, то з радістю зупинимось в цьому готелі знов.

Pros:

Понравилось на самом деле все. Местонахождение супер, буквально недалеко, вниз спуститься 5 минут и ты уже на остановке Аксарай трамвая Т1. Также если пройтись минут 10 максимум в другую сторону, то можно выйти к автобусной остановке. Недалеко еще автобус из аэропорта (хаваист 12) приезжает/уезжает. Удобно если путешествуете и нужен доступ именно к новому аэропорту Стамбула. В самом отеле приятный персонал, всегда готовы помочь или ответят на любой вопрос. У меня был одноместный номер. Была большая двухместная кровать, очень классно было спать. Район очень тихий, максимум азан услышите)) Все что нужно для комфортного отдыха в номере есть. Завтраки тоже есть, приходишь, кладешь что хочешь себе. На первый взгяд скромненько, но на самом деле все свежее и можно очень сытно покушать перед будущими приключениями по Стамбулу)) Поэтому за свою цену получился отличный отдых)) Однозначно рекомендую! Уборка тоже была.

Nice hotel - get what you pay for
Pros:

The staff were the best.. Each one of them.
Bed was comfy.

Cons:

Shower in 301 was poor flow, shower head needs descaling.
Breakfast was average, found items not replenished, hot food was cold.

Pros:

Очень уютный и камерный отель в самом центре оживлённого района Стамбула, но на тихой улочке.

Персонал просто душки. Говорят на русском, английском, турецком языках.

В номере есть, всё необходимое даже и для длительного проживания.

Пешком идти не придётся, есть лифт на все этажи, и даже в ресторан, где по утрам завтрак.


Номер небольшой, но продуманный

Cons:

Не было разных мелочей, типа туалетной бумаги или информации о номере ресепшн или пароле от WiFi.
Завтрак вкусный, но скромный.
Всё. Больше ничего нет из минусов
